Ordered 8 items as a gift for my wife. Only 2 items fitted & sizes are not accurate. Offered compensation of $24 US (total order over $140 US). Really did not want to know or do anything about problems. Company deserves a rating of minus 10, they do not care about ripping people off! Avoid this company like the plague!!

Unfortunately I am one of the clients that has been unable to return their items too. I didn't like the fit or the feel of the shirts. I was offered $2 out of $72 as a refund. I was never sent a return address to even see if it would have been worth mailing them back. I am so disappointed.

SCAM FOR SURE. WRONG COLOR, SIZE NOT TRUE TO CHART, CHEAPLY MADE. FABRIC BAD. OFFERED A $2 REFUND AND NO RETURN POLICY. WHEN I PERSISTED THEY OFFERED $4 GENEROUS COMPENSATION. WHAT A SCAM! Cost $42.47

Trying to receive an answer from customer support has been most aggravating. I ordered $150 worth of clothing and cannot get anyone to send me a return mail sticker for a refund. The sizes are not accurate for the USA. I ordered in good faith, but no label has been sent yet. Instead, I am told to tell the company which item I want to return. There are 8 items I need to return.

I ordered over $100 worth of items, mostly b/c I wanted to support Alzheimer's. Out of the items I received (after almost 3 weeks) only one was even close to what I thought I was buying; a cotton floral shirt with embroidery that shipped from Italy. The rest had problems. Leggings with a run and poor printing; 2 shirts made out of mystery fabric that feels like spun plastic, also lightly printed, and another pair of pants which were printed OK but again made out of mystery plastic fabric that is hot. Forget their return policy! It is non-existent! These people are in China - they do not return and do not refund They will offer you a small sum - maybe $13 if you bargain. Overall a REALLY disappointing experience and crap quality clothing. Take my advice - just donate to Alzheimer's and be done with it. Save yourself the aggravation.

Impressive quality, well worth it. I appreciate the vibrant purple shade and the floral print. I believe this was a worthwhile purchase. Furthermore, it fits well and the price was reasonable. The design is beautiful.
