I spoke with Paul this morning to enquire about a Silverseas cruise I had seen advertised. Paul was
extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all of my questions and made several suggestions. I felt very comfortable about going ahead with a booking, and now just have to wait a year for the holiday! Thank you.

We have only been through the booking process so far, but Paul from Holiday 2 has been fantastic. Super professional and thoughtful, eager to make our trip very special and nothing is too much bother. He said he will be with us throughout the trip to make sure all is smooth. On Wednesday, I had the great pleasure of arranging a holiday with Paul Spencer. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip and was thoroughly charming and helpful, as well as being so patient whilst we considered the different options open to us. He was very relaxed and happy to answer all our questions. I absolutely love the fact that Paul will be our contact from now until our holiday gets underway - this continuity is very refreshing in this day and age! Thank you Paul!

We have recently made a booking through Holiday2 with Paul. Everything was explained very well and advice given and most of all I like the fact that Paul will be dealing with all aspects of our booking right through to the end.
Such an informative and friendly man - I am glad we can get in touch with him for any of our queries regarding our booking.

This is really about a guy called Paul Spencer who works on the sales team at Holiday 2. I had alrady booked a cruise with them and not having much luck or feedback from the custoler relations team, so thought i would try the sales team and struck lucky with Paul.
Despite losing potential sales, he listened patiently to my complaint and issues, explained some of the causes, provided contact details and how to progress my case to ensure I got the right result and throughout it all remained utterly charming and very helpful.
so much so that instead of penning an official complaint regarding holiday 2 customer care, here I am writing a good review of the service Paul provided.
I will certainly seek to use him again for any future bookings - thanks Paul.

Over the past two days, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Spencer as we finalised the booking of a trip to Japan in 2028. Paul was very helpful, answering my many queries and responding with written confirmation of what we’d discussed via e-mail. He was very knowledgeable about the cruise ship we will be sailing with during the majority of our time away, which was extremely useful to us as almost-novice cruise goers. Paul was very friendly, very efficient and extremely polite at all times- a pleasure to deal with. I would heartily recommend using Holiday 2 to book your next trip!

Lana found my booking quickly and dealt with my request to send more info about the cruise element of the trip. I had not had info about all the extras like drink package. She promised to send all details and did so very promptly Thank you

He ensured that we were given all the options necessary in regards to flights, accommodation and excursions making sure that our holiday would be the best experience it could be. Booking our 2018(!) holiday was easy. Jordan was friendly and helpful, and the booking process on the phone was straightforward and quick. We received an email with all the confirmation details two working days later, as promised. So far, so good!

Paul has been amazingly helpful taking 4 ladies through a holiday of a lifetime to Canada. He has shown such patience and kindness going out of his way to get the perfect flights and holiday.
