Holiday Floridas レビュー

Matt was great he has booked our Florida holiday several times he has found us beautiful villa's and flight time's we wanted definitely recommend

Easy to book.
Great competitive pricing and accommodating to our requests

I have made this company my go to for holidays in florida and new york, I have always dealt with Adam he goes above and beyond to get you that extra special deal and he's done it again for Orlando next year a credit to the company nothing is too much. Will definitely recommend.

Not long returned from an amazing fortnight in Disney World staying at the All Star Movies resort. Every single part of the actual holiday booked through Holiday Florida’s went smoothly. However the customer service prior was very disappointing!
We were assigned Donna when we initially booked up, she could not do enough for us. And replied to emails very promptly.
However when Donna left shortly after we booked, we were not assigned a new helpful account manager.
I’m not going to name names, but when I emailed I would be waiting a week for a reply. And then I would have to email again to give this certain person a nudge. Then I would receive an excuse ‘every time’ as to why there was a delayed response. This was ‘VERY’ frustrating!!!
From the invoices emailed after making monthly payments, there was a link to visit to make further payments. But this when down for a few months. And I would have to call for a link to make a payment. But this never arrived. So I would have to call or email again. Very time consuming & very poor customer service.
Would I book with these guys again? Yes if the price was right & we were assigned an efficient account manager. But doesn’t give me much confidence!

Sofia is great contacting me on emails and calls. Fast responding to my requests. Very helpful in everyday and found exactly what we wanted and needed . That's why we went ahead and booked our holiday with her help. Also our families have booked as well now.

We booked in 2023 for our 2024 holiday ande let's say it wasn't the best experience but it was all genuine and all came through in the end. Fast forward to 2026 and we are about to fly to Orlando by using Holiday Florida for the second time

Everything is much smoother, communication has improved so much! Well done guys. We will be booking again soon.

We’ve used Amy for our last two bookings.
She has been nothing but patient, knowledgeable and so helpful to keep to our budget and help where’s possible, we are so grateful for the time Amy has given us so far.
Would recommend and we will be using her for future long haul trips.

Adam was amazing he answered all our questions and made the booking process easy.

Had I of spoken to someone else I'm not sure we would of booked with holiday floridas as we hadn't heard of this company before and we was nearly ready to book with virgin holidays as it's a well known company however Adam went above and beyond with his customer service skill to make sure we were happy and felt reassured. We are so looking forward to our upcoming trip to Disney for my mums 60th birthday as this will be her first time in America and we know she will love the magic of the place. Thanks again Adam much appreciated.

Booked with you before and you are easy to book your holiday and everything is included, including the insurance on the car, pleasure to do business with you

I have booked a once in a lifetime trip to Florida for my Grandchildren, Holiday Floridas took my vision and made the dream come true. Yes it is a hearty price tag but they have taken the stress out of where to stay, organising park tickets and private transfers so my family arrive at our destination in comfort after a long flight. This package is a split hotel in order to be a) closer to Disney then b) move to a hotel in Orlando for our final few days so we can take in the parks like Universal Studios, Epic etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience, good communication, always helpful when changing the holiday

The advisor Matt was supportive and friendly with me. He responded to my emails the same day and arranged everything I needed

Have used Holiday Floridas before, whole booking process is simple.

Highly recommend using Holiday Florida’s professional, extremely competitive blew the other quotes we had out of the water! Kelly is our Holiday Queen she will ensure that she gets the very best package. She’s on top of everything and provides exceptional customer service every time. Will use this company every time! Thank you Kelly xx

Matt made booking our Oct 2027 holiday so easy

Sofia has been fantastic throughout the process of booking the holiday. Looking at all the different options that have been thrown at her and answering any questions we have in a timely manner. I think we will be returning customers in the future. Thank you again Sofia for all your help.

Sofia found us a great deal straight away. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the holiday and Sofia was happy to communicate via WhatsApp which I found helpful.

Adam was amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful!

Very professional and helpful, always the best service, they will go above and beyond, this is the 2nd time we have used them and Kelly.

Sofia has made the whole process so easy from initial enquiry, updating quotes and making the final selection. It’s great to know that everything is taken care of and the countdown can begin! Thank you Sofia - you’re our Disney princess 🥰
