Rating: 4.8 Stars but it’s not allowed (overall family average, reflecting the mixed ratings of 5 from myself and 4.6 from my son and wife).
I recently booked an Umrah package through Holidays Hub for myself, my wife, and my son, including ziyarah visits. Overall, our experience was satisfactory, though with some areas for improvement, leading to a mixed family rating (I gave 4.5 stars, while my wife and son rated it 3.5 stars).
The strengths were evident in the pre-travel phase: the agent (Ifzan) provided prompt responses, efficient visa processing, and a package that met our basic requirements at a reasonable price compared to other providers. The flights and ground transportation were adequately arranged, and we appreciated the inclusion of essential services.
However, the hotel accommodations presented inconsistencies. While the location in both Makkah (Abraj Al Kiswah Towers) and Madinah was convenient for access to the Haramain, the room quality and cleanliness varied—particularly in Makkah, where initial issues required staff intervention for resolution. These aspects contributed to some discomfort, especially for family travel.
In summary, Holidays Hub delivered a functional and cost-effective Umrah journey suitable for budget-conscious pilgrims, with strong administrative support. We would recommend it for those prioritizing affordability and visa efficiency, but suggest confirming hotel details in advance and considering upgrades for enhanced comfort. Disappointing and stressful experience after using this company. I booked in July for umrah in November, for my large family group.

Prior to booking, they were quick to respond to enquiries as they wanted our money. The real customer service was revealed after I had actually booked.

I had to remind them several times of the hotel and transport booking arrangements because we didn't receive any confirmation as expected.

A week before our flight to saudi, the agents claimed that they had received negative feedback from their customers regarding the hotel we had booked for mecca (emaar) and they were encouraging us to change our hotel to another, which was further away from the Haram. We had children and elderly with us, so we wanted a hotel within an easy walking distance. We were happy with Emaar as it was a 15 minute walk from the Haram. We absolutely didnt want to have to use a shuttle service like other further hotels. So we insisted on keeping the emaar hotel as is. Frankly, we wanted the hotel we paid for. My family and I began to lose trust in their service as we felt something was fishy. And we were right as just one day before we were due to fly out, the agents said our emaar hotel was only partially booked and the hotel apparently cancelled certain days in between our week long stay in mecca. My family and I suspected they either messed up the booking or left it too late as November is a busy period for umrah pilgrims.

My family and I were left with little choice as the flight was the next day. I went with the alternative hotel the agents proposed (M Millenium). I asked them for screenshots to confirm the booking, however I was told it was secure booking.com portal so they can't share the screenshots. However I noticed at the time of checking in the hotel, that it was a different third party local company they used for booking.

Due to these agents, we were left with a hotel that was a 40 min walk to the haram. We had to use the hotel bus shuttle service which was terrible. We spent so much time waiting for the bus and trying to organise our day around it. It was not as easy as the agents claimed it would be.

Poor communication and response time aswell when arranging transport from airport/hotel/ziyaras. It was so unorganised. Had to spend so much time going back and forth with agents until finally receiving a message from the actual driver.

This was our first umrah experience. We used this company thinking they'd save us the work of organising the trip. When in reality they turned out to have given us more stress than we could've imagined.

If you want to book umrah, then save yourself the stress and book it yourself.

My experience with Holiday Hub Limited was extremely disappointing, especially with the agent Ifzan who handled my booking. He gave me false information about the hotel I was supposed to stay in, and then refused to refund me, saying I had signed a non-refundable contract. But the truth is – they didn’t even give me the hotel I agreed to!

Instead, he changed it last minute to a very old, dirty, low-quality hotel that felt more like a hostel – it was clearly not suitable for families or most travelers, with just a small group of 10-20 Haji’s staying there. It was a complete downgrade, and nothing like what was promised.

Things got even worse in Madina. The stress was unbelievable. We didn’t even receive the hotel voucher until we were already en route. For three whole days, Ifzan kept lying to us, saying the voucher was coming “in a minute” – but nothing arrived until the last moment.

This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Ifzan’s handling of our booking was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from Holiday Hub Limited.

We did our bookings with another agent,where our visas where sent to Embassy,and no other option or suggestions where given-thenwhen we knocked the doors of holiday hub
,talha the man stepped forward ,gave different options and sorted out visas with n hour .
