Holirays took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and delivered on every detail. Whenever we needed to check something or make a change, holirays were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The whole process felt seamless and stress-free, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

We had a holiday to the Maldives booked in March 2026. Laura listened to all of our requests and came up with several different options for us to choose from, all of which matched our price point and interests. Unfortunately, it was cancelled due to the regional unrest in the ME, however Laura was great during this time. She kept us up to date with information and how to proceed if the flights/hotel were cancelled etc. Although we’re obviously sad the holiday has not happened, we are thankful for Laura’s help to get a full refund on both the flights and hotel. I would definitely reach out to Holirays again in the future and hope that we can get to the Maldives at some point!

What can I say....outstanding, fabulous, fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable. The service Laura provided was everything we hoped for. We really could not have had our 10 week trip of a lifetime, if it wasn't for Laura. She helped us from the very beginning sorting out our itinerary to tweaking it, to my constant queries and questions. Laura is really efficient and personable and we would highly recommend her to anybody.

Everything about this trip was amazing, to everything being set up, all the final details being confirmed, any extra stuff you wanted or questions you had would be answered and sorted straight away, this company couldn’t do any more for you if they tried that’s why I will be using again for sure

From start to finish Laura’s care, attention & service was exceptional. We didn’t know where we wanted to go & she found some absolutely amazing places that we would have never considered if we hadn’t used her. The hotel blew us away as did the sleep Italian city we visited. It was very clear from the start that Laura actually cared about where we went & that we had the best time. We only gave her a week to find our holiday, so we were so impressed that she managed to find a hidden gem just for us.

Holirays were outstanding, we highly recommend. Laura took time to listen to what we wanted for a special, once in a lifetime experience, drilled down to details we may not have though of, and worked with us to create the best possible safari we could have. She listened and delivered. It was personalised and specific to just us, and I cannot recommend this experience, through Laura, more highly. Not only did she create a dream holiday, but she gave us tips on what we would need that you could only google for advice to a generic level, Laura’s recommendations and tips were realistic and personal. There are so many options to choose from and Laura filtered through the noise to give us simply the best, we’re so grateful and will definitely be using again.
