Really phenomenal customer service. I’ve never had such strong communication with a seller— he send photos, videos, exact measurements, helped guide me on the correct sizes, and suggested alternates when one of my choices was sold out. Fantastic experience and the items were of very high quality. Totally recommend.
Great quality items and the customer service given by Henry is 2nd to none. Highly recommend and will say that I have complete trust in Henry. If he says a product is good it’s good and if it’s not good he will tell you that
I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Henry and HOLLO. Henry has always provided awesome service and quickly rectifies any issues. Their products are very good.

Ordered on Sept 12. They claim to have sent the item but could not provide a tracking number. It is Nov 7 and I still have no item or proof it was sent. Customer service has gone silent since I asked for a refund.
I ordered here and I think it's original but it was fake . Please make action and block this scam website . Cheap Chinese items 🤬🤬🤬🤬
