The bracelet was advertised as 8 inches…
The bracelet was advertised as 8 inches in length. I cannot wear anything shorter due to a surgical scar, so I was very happy to find this bracelet. Alas, when it arrived it measured only 7 inches and was therefore useless to me. It did make a very nice gift for my sister, but I still have no bracelet.

Great products at good prices, but awful customer service if you have issues…and you will have issues!
The products I’ve received from them are quality at good prices but two of my last three purchases from them I have not received because of delivery issues with their shipper. Each time, customer service has been awful and unwilling to provide assistance so I’ve ended up having to resort to resolution via PayPal or my credit card to gain restitution…would loved to have the products instead.

Received the wrong card. It was suppose to be for a granddaughter. The actual card was for a GRANDSON. Sent email to have corrected. Never heard anything.

My paw print bracelet was beautiful, I loved it. Unfortunately it broke after about 2 weeks of wear and I don't see any way to fix it. Sadly it is in the scrap box now.

Unfortunately she wanted a gold base earring and these only come in silver. They are of excellent quality and I’m sad to send them back. At least I know this is well made jewlery I will consider for the future!
