Holt Hearing and Balance Services レビュー 

I recently attended an appointment with Ellie Gregory at Holt Hearing and Balance and was extremely impressed with the service I received.

Ellie took the time to thoroughly explain the hearing aids, ensuring I fully understood the options available and how to get the best from them. She was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the appointment.

She also went above and beyond in helping to remove excess wax from my ear, taking great care and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me.

The level of customer service was outstanding, and Ellie's expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence. I would highly recommend Holt Hearing and Balance to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and knowledgeable hearing care.

Mrs Holt, my consultant has helped me tremendously in educating me to cope with my tinnitus.

The kindness and patience shown by Kirsty to my mother was absolutely first class. The hearing aids have changed my mothers life. She was struggling (as were the rest of the family😂) with her loss of hearing. She had some NHS aids that were useless, so fiddly to change batteries etc. When we first visited Kirsty and she showed mum the hearing aids it was like a new chapter had opened in mums life (she is 86). Thank you so much to all the staff at Basford, we are truly grateful. Ps we were recommended to use holt by another of your customers and we will certainly pass your name on to anyone else.

Kirsty is a very friendly, and professional lady who puts me at my ease, understands my hearing problems and is a wizard with the Phonak app ( which an old man like me can’t understand!).I will always ask for Kirsty in the future… thanks Kirsty!
