Knowledgable, enthusiastic, and so friendly, Alicja and the team helped us find the design and setting of engagement ring we wanted and went above and beyond to source the perfect centrepiece diamond for us! Their commitment and expertise was a unique and refreshing experience in comparison to other shops we visited in Hatton Garden. They also very kindly cleaned and mended another ring I have had for years free of charge. We absolutely love our engagement ring and would highly recommend Holt’s Gems to anyone looking for a top quality and friendly service by a team who really care about creating the perfect piece for you :)

An excellent experience designing a special necklace for our 25th anniversary. They were very helpful and collaborative, open to suggestions, and checking design elements with us at every step. A very meticulous process. A beautiful and well crafted piece was made, adjusted to fit exactly as we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with them and we love the necklace!

Excellent Service and advice.
Having visited a number of jewellery stores in Hatton Garden we found our experience at Holts to be a refreshing experience. Alicja's knowledge, experience and advice were so helpful in finding the perfect stones and creating our engagement ring. We were after a specific cut of diamond which the team at Holts sourced for us. Alicja made the whole process seamless and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Holts team to anyone.

I was originally looking for an emerald ring as a gift for my girlfriend, however the extremely knowledgable team at Holts Gems guided me towards looking at Garnets. I didn't know much about gems and have very limited jewellery knowledge, but the team were so kind and helpful in advising me every step of the way without being patronising or making it intimidating. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy jewellery to take a look at Holts Gems. Fantastic service, lovely team, and I now have a very happy girlfriend!

Alicja was so helpful in designing my engagement ring. She asked all the right questions to understand what I likes and didn’t like and made really helpful suggestions. All of the stones she found for me were so spot on in terms of what I wanted that it was difficult to choose. She then designed and created the most beautiful ring. We can’t wait to come back to get our wedding bands. After looking elsewhere I’m confident I got really good value for money at Holts. And the whole design process was really fun too.

Would definitely recommend Holts to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring in Hatton Garden. There is so much choice in the area but the personalised time, patience and attention I received at Holts from Emily was unlike anywhere else. Apart from the great customer service, you can tell immediately the gems are excellent quality. I can't stop staring at how much my new engagement ring sparkles - can't wait to show it off!

Was struggling to find a pale pink Sapphire ring anywhere and Holts came up during a google search for gems. Was so glad that they did. From the first point of contact Alicja was helpful, knowledgable and personable and had a lovely selection of stones to look at. Timescales and costs for making the piece were clear and advice on was given at every step of the process to ensure the piece created was perfect. They are definitely experts and brilliant at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I thoroughly recommend Holts Gems - the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. I was a complete novice when it came to anything to do with rings and stones - Marianne was incredible at taking the time to talk every element through with me and ensure that the final piece was exactly what I was looking for. There was clear communication and updates about the progress throughout and the final ring was made within the timeframe originally discussed. We couldn't be happier with the final product - the ring looks incredible.
