Excellent customer service from the lovely Sofia. Her knowledge and passion for gems was infectious and she found the perfect diamond. We had several other appointments but none of them compared to Holts in either product, knowledge or customer service !

My experience with Holts Gems was very enjoyable - the staff were all very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable, making the experience hassle free. I was continually updated and reassured throughout the process and the ring is gorgeous. I have recommended to others and I would not hesitate to do so again. Colin

The team at Holts took a really personal interest in the piece I was commissioning. They then proceeded in an extremely professional and caring way with great attention to detail. The stones they sourced are perfect and the resulting ring is stunning. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a special gift (or treat for themselves).

Holts gems were super professional and knowledgeable to help steer me to the perfect ring. They didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t want and took the time to advise accurately on what I was looking for with excellent recommendations on a variety of stones. Alicja and Sofia were both happy to take the time to share their knowledge and experience to explore what would be right for me and were able to give recommendations off the back of this, rather than some other places in Hatton garden which could adopt a harder selling line. I was really happy with the ring I bought and with my experience with holts and have since recommended them to friends.

Sofia was very friendly and used her expertise to pick out the perfect gem which I had envisioned for the ring, which was a green sapphire with a sort of peridot colour. I went in with some sort of idea of what we wanted but the final ring was far beyond what I had imagined. My fiancée says it's the perfect ring and she wouldn't change anything about it! It was good to have someone so knowledgeable help me pick out the gem and ring style because I went into our first appointment without much knowledge on rings or jewels.

The first appointment was a quick call to get an idea for what I wanted in the ring. Then there was an in-person appointment in Hatton Gardens to narrow down the gem and ring style. Then a final appointment to select the final gem and band. Finally a few weeks later the ring was ready to pick up.

The office has a warm, family-run atmosphere, and it shows in the care and attention the staff show their customers. It was a real pleasure to go through the process and finding what we feel is the perfect ring. Highly recommended!

Words cannot describe how amazing an experience we had at Holts with Farah, Sofia and the rest of the team. My partner and I were on a hut for a very unique, coloured stone engagement ring and from the start we knew we were in the right place. After many failed shopping trips we happen to find Holts online and booked an appointment. They were very detailed from the start asking us what sort of stone we were looking for they could have some ready. When we had our appointment with Farah, we expected it to be similar to all others - short, uninformative and unengaging. It was the exact opposite! Farah is not only extremely knowledgeable but is very friendly and cared so much about us and our appointment. One we found the perfect stone, we started playing around with styles and designs and before we knew it an hour and a half had passed and we knew we had found our ring.

The process with Sofia from there was incredible too. Her drawings and sketches of the rings were like nothing I've seen before and she helps you every single step of the way. We played around with about 4/5 designs, combining what we liked but also taking Sofia's incredible advice. The coloured sketches we received were beyond beautiful and really brought the ring to life before it was made.

The process of making was hassle free and very quick. Sofia made sure to update us every step of the way and when there was one tiny fault in the casting process, she immediately told us that they would be re-doing it for the best ring.

Having said this to friends and family, I cannot recommend Holt's enough. They provided a service that we never imaged we would get and are really looking forward to having our wedding bands made there too.

I cannot put into words just how wonderful our experience at Holts has been. Sofia has helped my other half and myself at every step of the way, working with us to create a truly spectacular engagement ring. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect centre stone after we discussed what we were looking for with her, and is so passionate and knowledgeable that every interaction with her has been an utter joy.

I had an amazing experience designing my partners engagement ring at Holts and the execution was exquisite. I would highly recommend Holts for their customer service and craftmanship. The whole process was an absolute pleasure. Alicija and Marianne are a safe pair of hands and were the best, and took the time and patience with me and all my questions to make my ring something truly special. Sofia at Holts was extremely helpful when it came to designing the perfect engagement ring. She took into account my budget, produced a bunch of options and took all the time that I needed to help decide. She kept me updated on the progress of making the ring and the pick up experience was smooth and easy! Couldn't recommend Holts Gems any higher!
