It seems to take a very long time to pass through the various stages of delivery, only to discover half our order didn't get to us. Quality of the article we did get is excellent.

Although the item was out of stock I was kept upto date as to when the items would be delivered. I was pleased with the quality of the material.

Emily was so helpful, I had an issue with my order, she replied back to me immediately and got is sorted so quickly. Very sincere & honest customer service and I'm very happy with the product.

Ordered an infinity cube for my son. It arrived late and not just broken but smashed to pieces - even the polystyrene within the box was in tiny bits! Have not had any response from the company since I wrote to them a week ago explaining the situation and requesting that they take it back and give me a refund or replace it. I wish aid read these reviews before I bought with this company. Don’t make the same mistake! Edit - have been promised a refund. Will report back if it happens..

The vases were delivered well packaged and as promised.
The vases met my expectations and look great. The product is out of the ordinary, quirky but well made for the price. Overall a very good value for money, well sourced product.

I ordered two pairs of bookends from Hom & Ember and the products I received are nothing like the ones pictured or described online.

They also took over a week to be delivered, which was not explained at the time of purchase, and appear to have been shipped from China when the business appears to be registered in the UK.

I do not trust this site and would not buy from them again.

Delivery was a bit slower than expected but the clock is such good quality and so quirky it was worth the wait!

There was such a great variety of cutlery sets to choose from. I'm so glad I picked the one suited me.i just love them.only to be used on special occasions,too good for everyday use ❤️
