The picture of the clock and what I received weren't the same. The clock in the ads was thicker and sturdy. The clock I received was thin and cheap looking. However I still put it on my wall. I don't think I will order from you again.

It was everything and more. Got it for my husband and he just loves it. And it works amazing. Great job guys, you're awesome...keep up the awesome work!!

I am super pleased with the mousepad, but have minor reservations. The image is obviously AI modified with the person looking noticeably different. The wrist support are a tad too firm as compared to my other mousepads with wrist gel support. Unless you like fakers with nerf football boobs, I would suggest an option to ask for soft, medium, or firm. Call it baby bear, momma bear, or papa bear.

Be sure to read the fine print! When they say your item may look different Grin their photo, they are not kidding! Their photos are AI generated! I ordered the Horror Fans Wall Clock and it looks nothing like the photo on their website. In fact, the clock hands are COMPLETELY different. The picture shows thick, silver hands. Mine has small, thin black ones. I wrote to customer service asking for a replacement with the thick silver hands, and they told me they couldn't do that. The best they could do was give me a 30% refund. The only positive was that customer service responded in a timely manner. So disappointed. I will never order from here again.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the item I recently received.

I purchased what was advertised and visually presented across multiple social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat) as a high-quality, elegant key hanger—one that appeared to be crafted from solid wood with a refined and durable finish. Based on these representations, I believed I was purchasing a premium and meaningful gift for my husband.

However, the item I received is entirely different from what was depicted. Instead of a solid wooden piece, I received a fragile acrylic 3D key hanger of significantly lower quality. While I acknowledge that the product description does mention an acrylic material, the overall marketing imagery and presentation are highly misleading. At no point in the promotional materials did the item appear to be a delicate acrylic structure; it was consistently portrayed as a solid, well-crafted wooden product.

This discrepancy between the advertised visuals and the actual product led me to feel misled and disappointed. The item does not meet the expectations set by your marketing and does not reflect the value of the price paid.

To make matters worse, I understand from your return policy that this item is not eligible for return. As a result, I have effectively lost $65 on a product I would never have purchased had the true nature of the item been clearly and accurately represented.

Given this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend your website to others. I strongly feel that customers should not be placed in a position where marketing materials create a false impression of the product being sold.

I respectfully request that you review your advertising practices to ensure that product representations are accurate and transparent. Additionally, I would appreciate any consideration you may offer to address this situation.

I received only part of my order. I have contacted Homacus several ways and have no response. The order was not as shown on the website, disappointing.

I really love the mat that I order. It brought me back alot of good memories. I have it in my office and every time I walk in, I step on those yellow foot prints. Excellent made, thank you for the memories, I would do it all over again.

Was told by customer service they could resend but only once and to a correct address (like the one originally given was not correct 🙄) and on top of that I requested my refund and they told me only 50%?????? But did u take 50% of my money?? No!!!! Completely ridiculous!!!!! Complete scam!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish and not what’s advertised while it’s advertised as a STADIUM they fool you with AI and it’s merely an over priced pillow and DO NOT accept returns only a 20% refund absolute joke stay away people!!!

The acrylic key hanger that I received is not the same as the photo you show on Facebook, completely different no I don't recommend

The 3D version looks better. It took me a few days to get used to what I received. Great looking piece. I hung it on the wall. I don't think it will last long as a doormat.

The product ratfink, dormat for my shop is as described and of great quality. It looks almost 3D. The communication during the process was phenomenal! I'm really proud and excited to display this doormat, but it's much too pretty to put on the floor for people to walk on, so I have put it on the wall as artwork in my shop. I will definitely do business with this company in the future. As I've said, the quality and communication during the process was outstanding!

Item advertised and pictured was a 3d shadow box to hang on the wall. Item delivered is a 2d poorly printed picture of a shadow box on a piece of acrylic. None of the images on the website are of the item that was delivered.
