Abbas was extremely efficient. Communication was clear and he took immediately action by requesting the back office to set up a call which solved all the problems. Congrats with the quality!

Extending Demo account
Vivek was very helpful. He is knowledgeable. The last call, the support was very bad. He provided the wrong info and was not helpful.

Easy to use trading platform
I had been using SAXO trading platform for more than month. Overall experience is good. Easy to use and simple layout. Only the trading platform iS A BIT EXPENSIVE.
Only closing Vertical spread need some understand the flow how to close the trade. ( Need to close the leg one by one)

Excellent Customer Focus and Service
Fabian helped me to solve multiple issues with my account. He was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel valued. On top of all of that he followed up on all my requests which required working with other internal teams in Saxo. He kept me in the loop as it progressed and let me know when it was resolved. Unfortunately, some of the emails were sent to my junk mail and incredibly, he took the time to call me after learning that I called to inquire to let me know that he completed my requests and how to view the changes. Incredible!
I work in an industry where I too support customer's and I hope to emulate the kind of service, follow up and attention to detail that Fabian demonstrated. A huge thank you to Fabian which makes me confident in continuing to invest with Saxo.

Exceptional service...beyond expectation
John was exceptional. He was clear, detailed and had the patience to answer all my questions and pre-empted other hurdles I may face with getting the right information. He pointed me to, showed me and waited for me to see them for myself before moving on to next steps.
This must be my best call-in experience I ever had in my many, many. years of calling in for service to any organisation.

Overall is okay except about the reporting function. I prefer to got the PDF report via email about transaction activity (transaction such buy/sell or corporate action like dividend payout or whatever).
Right now to get these information, I 've to logged in web or app and it make users feel more steps to work it out. Prefer to have option to send email to customer also.
