Great service from start to finish, Kevin came to survey and was great and then Trev came to install. Nothing was too much trouble for Trev a lovely young guy who was respectful of my property and keen to ensure that I was happy with the installation, he also showed me everything so I knew exactly how to operate it all. Also, thanks to Jack, James and Rob, communication was great and they kept me updated as to what was happening. Great company to work with highly recommended.

Trevor did a fantastic job. He was friendly and approachable. Everything was explained clearly and everything was really professionally carried out. I'm impressed by the way he helped us use the app. Definitely recommend 💯 %

The whole experience has been really smooth. Had a character in Kevin, the regional manager came to talk us through the cost and to view the camera’s. We agreed to the cost and a date for fitting was provided there then, it was only a week for fitting which took place today. The fitter James is a credit to the business. The cover up of the wires was exceptional, the quality of the tutoring on the hard drive and phone app was spot on. It was also great that you could have a laugh with him while he cracked on with his job. Thanks James it was a pleasure to meet you .

We have security cameras and house alarm with these guys. Everything from instalment to aftercare has been second to none one. I have had to contact them on a handful of occasions over the years and the response is RAPID !! I use messenger to contact them and it seems no matter what time of the day they respond immediately!! Without doubt the best customer service you could ask for and nothing is too much trouble. Seriously, anyone considering using these guys …. Don’t hesitate ! You won’t be disappointed!

I had a few faults with my camera system. I emailed the company and they booked an engineer in. James was polite and professional who sorted the problem and talked me through the work he did. He even sorted me the cable which was bugging me as I could see it(just bugged me). I am so impressed with this company. I got my cameras around 5 years ago. I went with them because they are family run. 5*+

We had cameras fitted a while ago and the quality and service is second to none. The team helped us when we got new phones to connect and even when the cat pulled a wire out accidentally. Due to an issue recently with a neighbour’s son bullying and harassment we have had to get another camera and they managed to sort very quickly. Would definitely recommend with no hesitation:)

Be careful when having PIR installed if you have pets. If they are set too high your pet can set alarm off. Resulting pir being moved and paintwork damaged

From the start when Kevin came to give me a quote. To the installation day this company deserves nothing less than 5 stars and if I could I would give them more. 100% professional all the way through even to the present day the after care service is second to none. If you ring up with an issue they always call you back the same day and get the issue sorted in a number of minutes. These really are the best cctv and alarm company out there.

We had 6 cameras, door sensors and alarm installed with you yesterday and it’s absolutely fantastic! Very impressed with price and you even gave 10% off with us getting the alarm which was great. The lad that did it worked really hard all day on a massive job and it really is high spec work. Really neat, smart and feel much safer now. From survey to installation and quality of the system and showing us how to work it all on our devices… flawless! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very impressed and highly recommend. I had 2 cctv cameras fitted to the front and rear of my property. Quality equipment that send motion alerts to your mobile that are crystal clear. Installing engineer was tidy and informative. Great after sales service as well.

We were recommended HomeCCTV after years of harassment from our neighbour. The final straw for me was after my daughter was born and he purposely attempted to run me over to scare me. We had reported all incidents to the police but without any evidence they couldn’t do anything. Craig (who was amazing!) came out to give us a quote. We went ahead with the installation and chose one of the cameras to have audio recording. We are so pleased we did and it paid off! My neighbour was caught hurling racial abuse at us amongst other profanities on more than one occasion. After years of abuse we were able to go to the police with evidence. This resulted us going to court and him being prosecuted and a restraining order being put in place. I can’t thank HomeCCTV enough. I feel so much safer in my home.

We haven’t had any issues with the cameras and the quality is great! We recently had been logged out of the app and Jack was amazing. He was very thorough and very knowledgable.

We were forced to look at getting CCTV installed due to the situation and not feeling safe. But it was money well spent and I 100% recommend it!

Had my cctv system installed a while ago with this company from the surveyor coming out to the installation was straight forward and easy and affordable.
I contacted them 5 days ago as I wanted to have additional cameras added to the system, my new cameras now fully installed and working great. This company is fast efficient and I cant thank them enough. A big thankyou to James the installer what a knowledgeable guy, explained everything what he was doing set the app up for me, and got my new camera installed and set up as I wanted. I highly reccommend This company. Many thanks to you all.

CCTV are very good company to be with I got all my camras from here and even extra work when I wanted them moving to the loft James as just moved it all around for us easy to get on with all the lads are and have a laught as well

Trev came out today to sort one of my cameras today he was well mannerd and polite well spoken he did a brilliant job very happy with his work whould recommended him in future

I'm not one for using Facebook to buy anything but as stated in a previous comment HomeCCTV kept cropping up and the information they shared and reviews led me to contact them to discuss our needs.

The surveyor came and advised us of what equipment we needed and gave us a quote, which was very reasonable. I then enquired about updating our alarm system. This was also very reasonable. He also advised that if we opted for both we would get a discounted deal, which was a bonus.

The equipment is extremely high quality and we were impressed with the standard of quality of the CCTV footage (both day and night). We opted for the night vision cameras - these cameras are permanently lit during darkness and the quality of the images are excellent. There is no need for an additional light in the rear garden as the camera’s light is bright enough.

The alarm can be set by a control fob supplied or via the app on a mobile device - I really liked the panic alarm included on the control panel, which alerts other users if this is activated and locations can be identified via google maps.

I haven’t experienced after sales yet but according to other reviews on other sites, this is second to none.

Overall I am extremely pleased with HomeCCTV and the quality of both products.
