As a first time buyer, the stress around making an offer during these uncertain times was stopping me from buying my dream home. The report from the Home Data Experts provided me with confidence and credibility in my offer based on the condition of the house. The report was super simple, helpful and easy to follow. Most of all, by only paying £39, I saved even more and offered 10% less based on this data and it was accepted by the seller. I was over the moon!
