Matheus was an incredible host and made the whole Maracanã experience unforgettable. His passion for Flamengo, knowledge of the club, and ability to bring the atmosphere to life really stood out.

The 3–1 comeback win made it even more special, and Matheus made sure we experienced it like true locals, not tourists.

Super friendly, organised, and welcoming throughout – felt like going to the game with a friend.

On 1 April 2026 we went to Fluminense vs. Corinthians match in Maracaná stadium with Juan. It was an unforgettable experience! On the day of booking Juan contracted me by WhatsApp confirming the booking, next day provided very clear instructions on meeting point, dress code, timing etc. Juan was a very pleasant and helpful guide. He met us 2 hs before the game in Fluminense fan street, offered drinks, then we moved to the stadium. The fan zone had an amazing vibe, everyone stayed standing for the whole game, chanting & cheering. The entrance to and exit from the stadium was very easy, no waiting, very safe too. We could get an Uber right from Maracaná on the whole, it’s been a very fun and smooth experience, totally recommended. PS: thanks to Homefans for not asking for a review. For once, I felt like I wanted to leave one.

Atletico Junior Matches are a must-see.
Anderson was a wonderful guide. Communication was great, and the experience was priceless. Anderson made getting to and from the match easy, and the match experience itself was phenomenal. Anderson had a wealth of information about everything from the club to the city itself. 11/10, highly recommend.

I had a fantastic time with Tomaz watching Corinthians V Gremio on 2nd November ‘25. From arrival at the station greeted by fireworks, smoke bombs and crazed chanting fans, and then onto hanging out with the Corinthian ultras having a drink of beer walking to the stadium with the fans and then seeing the game and taking part in their varied inventive terrace chance and dances. Passionate crowds, great stadium, incredible atmosphere and the most brilliant host who was informative and entertaining. I very much recommend seeing a game with Tomaz who was the best company. I learned so much about the history and traditions of the club.

Queens Park Rangers fan experience - hosted by Andrew. Great Experience! He’s a true fan and friendly, Knowledgable host. Stood in standing room area with home fans for the two hours. Great fan energy and the game was fabulously played with no holds barred by both teams to a packed house of about 10,000. Had a beer and then quick lunch before the game, got some good deals in the QPR SHOP before the match and could have had another pint- but one was good for me that day. We had great weather and QPR prevailed 6-1, so the home fans and players all had the same great time as we did.

Gianluca sent me a full Itinerary of the metro and how to get around Naples, Saturday morning we got the metro from Mostra,We visited the Maradona murals in the Spanish Quarter, Diego is alive and good in Naples we visited the Diego Maradona museum, all in al I would highly recommend HomeFans for the tickets and tours Bellissimo! Superb experience from start to finish. Great communication beforehand and the actual experience was one I’ll never forget. I highly recommend adding this to your Rio itinerary and will definitely go again!

We attended a River Plate game on 3/15/26 and had an enjoyable evening. Chan was our host and he was very friendly and he clearly communicated all of the logistical details.

During my recent trip with Homefans I discovered that I had paid exactly double the price of a ticket compared to everyone else in my group. When I emailed Homefans I was given a BS response about 'Dynamic Pricing' I booked my place before most of the group and months before matchday tickets even went on public sale, in fact ticket touts at the stadium were selling tickets cheaper on the day. Basically I have been ripped off, lied too and given a BS response. Absolutely disgusting and completely ruined what had been a dream for me to go to San Siro, why are companies still allowed to do this to honest hard working people. Am so angry and will report this further to Trading Standards and as far as it takes for these thieves to be dealt with

We had an amazing experience for the boca juniors game. We were a group of 10 and it was fun, seamless, and we truly felt taken care of every step of the way. Security was especially important to us while visiting, and our host made us feel completely safe and well-looked-after throughout.

We attended the Charlton Athletic experience last Saturday with local host Jayne and her boys and nephew and it was an out of this world experience.

From a local breakfast at the Valley Cafe listening to anecdotes and the history of the club, to getting some nice pints at the Royal Oak Pub and then heading to the Club Shop and the ground. Jayne was out of this world and her family made the experience even more fulfilling.

Amazing seats and view at the ground. Couldn’t recommend enough - the game got canceled unfortunately for a fan passing away at the ground (RIP) , but we were so grateful and amazed at the experience that will want to take part when we’re back.

Gabriel was the best guide you could imagine. After solving our Face ID problems, he showed us the great pre-game atmosphere. I also really enjoyed our conversation during the game, and afterwards he took us to a quiet place to order an Uber.

I returned yesterday from an incredible trip to Argentina. Together with six friends, we did the 11-day Argentina Tour, including the Super Clásico between Boca Juniors and River Plate. It was a phenomenal experience that I will never forget. Thanks to Homefans, I had the opportunity to experience Argentinian football culture, which is an experience in itself.

Everything was arranged perfectly by Homefans. The pickup service at the hotel was very well organized—always right on time, and the vehicles were excellent. I can definitely recommend booking the pick-up and drop-off service as well. The advantage is that the match host always travels with you and provides you with information during the ride about the club you’re visiting and Argentinian football in general.

One benefit of arranging your own transportation (Uber) is that you have more time around the stadium. When you use Homefans transportation, they make sure you enter the stadium quickly and safely. The seats in the stadium were all great. In total, I attended five matches.

In short: don’t hesitate—book the trip right away. It’s an unforgettable experience and worth every penny.

My husband and me attended the Galatasaray Experience and it was amazing! Our local host OG assisted us with the whole ticket and passolig process , he was super helpful for anything we needed and the pre-match was amazing. My husband was over the moon with the experience. Thank you Homefans!

Just been to see Galatasaray v Göztepe with home fans representative Arif, what a fantastic guy, dealt with all our issues with a calm professional air.
We were initially taken through Istanbul, treated to the joy of where the home fans gather before the game, a kebab then to the stadium.
He organised all Passo cards and tickets at the stadium, can’t recommend enough..

I did the Napoli v Genoa game on 5/10/2025. I had heard that tickets would be quite tough to get so decided to use Homefans.

I was added to a a group chat 1 week before the game. Tickets were sent to me the Friday before the game.

Meet up was punctual. Went to the Maradona Murals first before heading to the ground. The train to the stadium was included as well as a drink.

Took us to our gate and got in fine. Loved the game and stadium and would use homefans again for other experiences.

The host had advised us if we had any issues at all that we could contact them and they would assist. I didn't need to use that service as everything was smooth sailing in Naples.

11 day Argentina package.
(19th September)

The overall experience was ok.
If I was to know what was to come and give others advice. I would say to not book this trip. The quality of the product doe not match the amount of money spent.

Book the river and boca games but book your own accommodation, you won't miss out on anything homefans tell you your getting.

I will start with the
accommodation homefans booked for us.
When first enquiring about the Argentina football
package we were shown was a bit of a dream what turned out to be nothing like we were told.

For an experience you’ve waited for 15 years to only be ok is very disappointing.

The accommodation we were showed wasn't the one they actually booked for us. I have proof of the conversation where they sent me a link to this very bright 2 room apartment with two beds in one room and a living room with a kitchen and sofa with a tv.
When first enquiring about the Argentina football
package we were shown was a bit of a dream what turned out to be nothing like we were shown.
The bathroom was dirty with Mold on the ceiling, with rust in a very decaying bath. The floors were dirty. Then the beds were single beds with very well used mattress.
We was told a time we could check in and that was 2pm but on arrival we was told it was actually 3pm by a slightly aggressive rude member of staff who clearly had zero customer service.

Next I want to say about the organisation.
Before the match's I was added to an experience group chat for that game, but my friend who came with me on my booking was never added.
This was even the case after I had asked for Adam to be invited in on multiple occasions. This might be a small thing to some people but for me and my friend it was a big deal. For starters I sometimes struggle to read that did end up in confusion to the Hurracan game where it said about a taxi and meeting point. Me having dyslexia read it as we need to be at a meeting point to get a taxi.
Not a taxi was taking us to a meeting point. Then led to us getting our own taxi and wasting money.
The other thing was with Adam not being in the groups we were worried about him not having a ticket, so that coursed unnecessary panic on what was meant to be a great experience. When telling the host about our concerns it was kinda laughed off like it wasn't a big deal.

Next on our options. We had booked this 11 day trip with games not confirmed. But they did give us the flexibility to pick the week closer the time. (Around 8 months before ) to make sure we were guaranteed a Boca home game and a River game. On this trip we were told about tours that were included and 3 games. The 3rd game was said likely to be a San Lorenzo game. But poor organisation we didn't get an itinerary until 2 weeks before we flew out. I did ask multiple times but felt like I got fobbed off everytime. Like I said this was meant to be a trip of a life time but felt like was a constant stress.

On the activity and matches.
Once we finally found out what we was doing it was very disappointing to see there was a lack of activities, when sold an 11 day experience to be told we only had experiences on 5 out of those 10 days. We were given to option of more activities but at a highly increased cost from home fans. We had the Boca and River game, but no San Lorenzo game. It was a Hurricane game on the first night, we wer given no times for and as it turned out this would've been difficult to attend as we booked flights to get us there on the Friday with no instructions on timings and the meet up would have been day time the same time we would have been checking in to our hotel.
We wouldn't have know we We wouldn't have know we were missing the game due to only seeing the itinerary 2 weeks before. We were ok with this until we spoke to other people in the group to find out everyone else got the San Lorenzo game included as well. At this point we were done with Homefans. We ended up booking the San Lorenzo game with a different company who offered it us for a lot cheaper price.

While we were there all homefans tried to do was sell us things, constantly messaging about different games with absolutely eye watering prices. One game that was €240 each.
For the tours we were told about they weren't actually included, it was just another add-on apparently.

We were booked to go for a big group meal, but after an exchange of messages
between my friend and a host we didn't feel very welcomed.
These messages were about my friend asking about why he wasn't getting invited to group WhatsApp chat and felt very confrontational when he had the reply "we will chat at the meal"
We both felt this was a simple conversation turned very sour.

This is my review

We arrived on 19/09/2025, and up to two weeks before the trip we were told we’d be staying at a completely different hotel than the one originally advertised. When we checked in, the receptionist was unfriendly, and the room itself was in poor condition. It was dirty (we took photos), the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, the bath was rusty, and the showerhead was eroding. The hot water lasted only five minutes before cutting off, and then we had to wait an hour before we could get another five minutes of hot water.

We had paid for the San Lorenzo, Boca, and River Plate games, but upon arrival we noticed on the itinerary that we were actually down for the Huracán match, which we never requested. The Huracán experience itself wasn’t great—while the host was welcoming, it felt uncomfortable when she asked to take photos with us after Huracán lost, as the locals were staring at us. After the match, she simply split us into two taxis and sent us back with no real sense of a “matchday experience.”

Another big issue was the pricing. Homefans consistently tried to sell experiences for far more than they actually cost if booked directly. For example, they charged £60 for a Boca stadium and museum tour, but if you just turned up at the stadium, it was only £17. Likewise, they tried to sell San Lorenzo tickets for £100, while we got them for a fraction of that price through Pibe de Barrio—who, by the way, were excellent hosts and gave us a genuine matchday experience rather than just dropping us at the stadium.

There was also a lot of confusion with communication. I wasn’t added to the WhatsApp group for matchday tickets, which caused unnecessary stress as I wasn’t sure if I even had a ticket. It was only at the very last match, when facial recognition was required, that I was finally added.

We had also booked the asado, but skipped it as one of us was unwell. The Homefans host tried to confront me about my earlier feedback on the WhatsApp confusion during that time, which I felt was inappropriate as I had already explained everything over message.

Now for the positive: the Boca and River games with our host, Chan. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. He made sure to talk with everyone individually, helped with photos, and was patient if anyone wanted to stop at the shop. He really made the experience special.

Honestly, if it weren’t for Chan, the whole trip would have felt like a complete waste of money.

My advice to anyone considering this trip:

• Book your own hotel. Homefans promise one thing but deliver another.
• Use Homefans only for Boca and River matches, specifically with Chan as the host.
• For everything else—stadium tours, other games, and experiences—check the clubs’ official channels or Twitter, or look into Pibe de Barrio, who offer better value and a more authentic experience.

Nowhere near accepted. I booked a experience to watch the Vienna derby. The match got rescheduled from Saturday to Sunday before I made the booking, I contacted both the host and homefans. Homefans answered that the experience will take place on the Sunday while I got no response from the host himself. Fast forward 4 weeks and only 4 days before the match and the host contacts me saying the game got rescheduled and he can't make it to the game so he has to cancel it.

I got refunded but will still loose all the money on flights and hotell because the game is already sold out and its impossible to get hands on tickets only with 4 days before kick off.

Book from Homefans if you want the risk of the host to cancel the experience with only a few days prior....

Everything was perfect. Security, punctuality, experience, availability. Chan was a wonderful guide during the all process
