Why are these foreign websites like these allowed to advertise? I ordered something quite small that I expected soon...an “Artframe” costing approx £16. It is taking much longed than I expected to arrive and, days after enquiring, a “little update” has come from Hong Kong, saying ‘ “Sometimes, ensuring that you get the best products requires a tad more time than we'd like. Due to various factors, your order might take a bit longer to reach you than our usual delivery estimates.” “ Please be informed that the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days once the order ships out” …..but when will that be??? and the tracking link does not work.

So, still 

no idea of when it will ship or arrive.

The overwhelming number of similarly unreliable companies advertising now makes me think it is time to stop buying online.

Looking at their website again, the only way you can tell this is a Hong Kong/ Chinese company is by clicking on a tiny ‘legal’ link that gives their trading address in Hong Kong and the page is made so you can’t copy and paste anything.

Again there should be a zero for this. I ordered 2 black and 2 white mugs in January and they didn’t arrive. I contacted the company who then sent them again. I received 2 brown and 2 cream. I was told they only have black and white so my order is correct. It clearly isn’t mine are brown and cream. They took so long to try and sort it they then said I was out of time to return and decided to refund for 1 mug. The customer service is appalling . My advice do not order anything from them.

I ordered an item on 23rd September and it still has not arrived by 21st October they won’t give me a refund as they are saying it’s been dispatched
I want my refund they are liars and a massive con

There should be an option to leave a zero star review- this is a scam. I’m still waiting for the bird light I ordered weeks ago and they have the audacity to constantly be pushing emails at me plugging more. Uncontactable too. AVOID!!

It was a big disappointment!
I got 2 books for Mom and Dad “I want to hear your story”.
Structure of some of the question is very poor. Religious questions - totally unnecessary.
Some details is boring and sound stupid.
I’m really doubting that this book made by human… “Were you the oldest, middle, or youngest child?” - my English grammar is not good, but even me can understand that it’s sound ridicules. And it’s many like this in there!
I cannot give this to my Mom, Father or anyone else!

Credit where it is due! I ordered 2 bird lights, and I did not check if it was a Chinese company etc. The order accidentally went off to my late fathers address- and they were able to change it to my address! It also came swiftly, and also was like it said! So...weirdly, nothing like these other reviews. Maybe they will break soon, and Temu were selling the same thing for less- but I believe they sell your data. Maybe this company does too? But I hope not! My experience was good..

Wish I had read reviews on Trustpilot before ordering the trio of candles. It has taken 17 days to receive my order. I ordered the trio of candles with the copper wire round them but when I opened the box the tallest of the candle never had the flickering wick coming out of the top. It was lying inside and I have been using a pair of tweezers to try prise it out but it keeps falling back inside. Cheap rubbish and certainly not worth the money that I paid for them. Only fit for the bin and not worth the money or hassle to return. I’m waiting to see if I get a response from my email to them. Do not waste your money on this company.

Shocking!! The fire extinguisher looks nothing like the advertising it's just the shell with a sticker on the front that is very poor bubbled up . When emailed the reply was send in photos so I did they said that's what it is 🙀. The Advertisement of photos was completely different made it look expensive and elegant . Requested refund but they wont pay postage so it's not worth sending back. Warning ⚠️ don't buy from them unless you want rubbish!!

Ordered an item. Order confirmed. Nearly 2 weeks and no update on shipping. Emailed them. It’s not available!! Didn’t even let me know! Why accept the order. Shocking service

I was stupid not to check the reviews, on this company. I have had problems with these chinese companies, their goods are rubbish and very difficult to get full refunds. Most of the time the goods are damaged. They want you to keep and will offer you a percentage of the refund, when you ask for full, they fob you off. They must hide from authorities so they get away with working as a company

I ordered cloths which were delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them several times and got no reply. I raised a claim with PayPal and suddenly communication came thick and fast. I was promised a refund once the claim was cancelled. I still have received no refund so have had to put another claim into PayPal. Will never order from them again

Misleading advertising.
Nothing UK about this company. Items all come from China - take ages. Refunds accepted which is a scam as postage back to China was about the same as the value of the item.
Do not recommend at all!!

Scam!!!! Do not order!! Ordered candles never received them!! No answer to emails!!

I bought a few items from these,
fire extinguishers, what a complete waste of money, so poorly made the quality is awful

two crystal mug shocking plastic looking its not even nice to hold

two kaifori cups, again quality awful

all items are absolutely awful,

i have contacted asking to return this items, i get a automatic reply stating it need to be returned in 30 days.
i explained i have just been diagnosed with cancer and had a mayor operation and just spent 7 weeks in hospital. due to major complications the operation didn't go as planned i was rushed in for another operation, where they fought to keep me alive.
i would just like to return this items with a full refund

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. They disregard their own policies, they don't respond to emails. Products aren't as described either. Just awful.

Terrible quality. SCAM.

I bought three candles slow service but when they arrive they were excellent so I decided to buy another set for the present for Christmas. When they arrived. One of them wasn’t working. They sent another candle After six weeks instead of putting it in a box they wrapped it up in bubble paper and they got broken And now they are sending me After about 15 emails the parts of the candle that are broke On the case of the candle was broken now they are offering me £2.74 for one candle this is an absolute disgrace. I will never use this company again. I feel so insulted with the £2.74. All I wanted was another candle And this was supposed to be a present to my mother for Christmas. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. Please do not use this company. They do everything on the cheap it’s been nearly 3 months I’ve been waiting for this product to be resolved. Would you buy one after reading this?

Bought a chargeable lamp from them it was lovely but after a month it kept turning off after minute.I had to keep turning it on all the time
Spoke to homefaves and their reply was I purchased it over 30 days ago so they wouldn't do anything about it. Even though I replied saying it wasn't fit for purpose they still refused to do anything about it

Terrible company does not fulfill your order and update you on progress of delivery.Their name suggests it is a UK company which they are not!Having ordered 27/01/25 and nowhere near being delivered,I complained about the dreadful service,that in itself is a minefield,not as straight forward as I would have liked!I have now received a refund through PayPal and will never purchase from this company again.Wished I read these reviews beforehand.
