If you're a cleaner and you get on this platform I suggest you get off I've spent over $400 with client leads that ended with nothing not even a response back. Are these even real people I have proof of all my transactions and proof where it shows none of them have reached out. Home guide did not want to help and send that they would not give me my money back. How do I even know these are real people that are requesting leads? I don't believe they are because I have reached out several times and not one response back

I tried to chat with someone, and they just gave me a runaround. "How much do you charge for leads?" I never got a low end or high end. How much is the introductory charge? They gave me another "It depends" answer with no dollar amount. TOTAL SCAM.

Shana was on time and worked diligently to make sure our home was spotless.

Working with L&M was a great find. They performed the work required in the time i needed with the quote we agreed. I hired them for a deep clean. When they were done the place was in great shape. I would recommend anyone who needed a deep clean to reach out to the team.

These folks seem to have turned criminal. I have used them for years with occasional problems but a high refund rate until the last few months.
Over 7 bad leads, charges of over $700 with absolutely no response to my complaints. Wrong numbers, disconnected lines, fake names and more. Horrible.

Jose from Home Guide came to my home to assemble an extremely complicated coffee table that lifts up and out to a larger table. He did a great job for a reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend!

Shana’s cleaning service was horrible she didn’t do very well between her phone and smoking she didn’t have time for cleaning she didn’t do my bedroom at all what she did do she was very sloppy cleaning around things instead of doing her best I called her and told her my thoughts she said she would come back and clean but…she didn’t Show!!! ( unprofessional)
I have a very small condo and paid $150.00 for what a child could have done!!! Very disappointed I trusted this site for GOOD SERVICE

A request for electrician started a cascade of spam callers claiming to be able to connect me to "pros". Was just a nightmare of bogus scams and now my phone number is compromised.

The worst company ever ... Horrible customer service and they take money out of your account without you even knowing My kids holiday turn to s*** because they took all my money and wouldn't refund any of it back...0 because it didn't meet their policy.. Don't they have a heart and my kids holiday turn to s*** hell no they don't got no heart they don't care about nobody but themselves and all about the money

T&R plumbing LLC responded promptly, started working the same day. The price is reasonable and affordable.

Guys are great to work with, have done an excellent job, and have dealt with me very professionally.

MLS Landscapes (720-331-0342) was terrific. Great to work with Eduardo Martinez and his crew. They worked hard adding French drains, removing clay dirt, adding to soil, rototilling, laying sod, adding sprinkler heads, cleaned up well each evening and went beyond what we expected. My husband is very picky and is extremely pleased! We will hire them again! Five out of Five Stars

The "Pro" I was connected with was anything but a Pro.

The roof opening for the attic vent fan is smaller than the fan size, thus limiting the full 1500 cfm air flow.

I asked for a 2500 cfm attic vent fan and I was told that a 2500 cfm attic vent fan was installed.

In reality, the "Pro" lied because a 1500 cfm vent fan was actually installed.

I will never hire this "Pro"? again.

Zaparoli Electric did a great job upgrading our electrical service. They replaced our service Mast conduit and wiring, the outside meter box, and electrical service panel / circuit breakers. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and planned the job well. The best part was that they had a very reasonable price when compared to other quotes we got. Thank you Silas and Jake!

I highly recommend Charles, owner of CW Small Engine Repair. His charge was more than fair, his workmanship is exceptional and....when he tells you when he will arrive, he is on time! You won't be sorry for hiring him to fix your mower.

CP Concrete & Sons LLC is a FRAUD, Chad Pendleton, came gave me an estimate, came back got $2000. down payment and I have not been able to contact him since. My calls do not go through, he is not responding to any of my text.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING !!!

Luis from Secret Gardens came out the day after I contacted him. I had sprinkler system issues he explained exactly what I needed he did everything that I would expect from a professional. His price was very reasonable.
We have him to do our flowerbeds.

V&H Contractors replaced my concrete driveway. The workmanship was excellent. Mr. Medardo Lopez kept me informed of the schedule and progress. The workers arrived promptly as scheduled and the completed driveway looks amazing. I highly recommend V&H Contractors.

They advertise professional services and even licensed service providers but THEY DON’T CHECK OUT INFORMATION PROVIDED by any company listed! According to Home Guide customer service they don’t have time to review all the companies they list, as a result a company I thought was licensed was not. I lost $9,000.
