I am absolutely blown away by Simmy's Pilates teaching. Having been told I may need surgery, I had never expected my hip mobility to improve as it has. After 3 months of working with Simmy, I stand taller and my posture has changed. I feel fantastic - lean, flexible, strong and so much more confident. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simmy - taking up pilates with her has been life-changing for me.

I have been delighted with the HomeHealthPilates service. My teacher, Lela, has coached me in Pilates and Yin Yoga classes for 3 months, and my postnatal health and wellbeing are transformed. Lela has a wonderful style – she develops class plans that are tailored to the needs of individual clients (including some you didn’t know you had!), drawing on her wide knowledge of the benefits of different forms of practice, and guides you through practices gently and expertly. My classes with Lela have quickly become indispensable for my mental and physical health. I can’t recommend HHP highly enough.

Been using the service for Pilates for several years, with instruction at home for my husband and I. Had a number of instructors with different styles but all have been of a very good standard with a desire to tailor the programme to meet our individual needs.

I have a wonderful and experienced Pilates teacher in Claire. I am disabled and with my limited mobility Claire structures my weekly sessions with advice and ideas based around my capability on that day. I get so much out of my weekly 1:1 session and hugely benefit from this very enjoyable way to exercise within my home.

Great service. Very efficient, flexible and responsive. We get an excellent quality of teaching as well with Sabrina. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a 1:1 Pilates teacher to come to you!

Very important to me, the pilates class, and the tutor is excellent. Very tuned in to my needs and gives me lots of sensible advice. Definitely 5 stars.

We have used Home Health Pilates for the past few years. Michael has put us in touch with a succession of excellent Pilates teachers (if anything, they have got better and better, with our current one, Beth, and our previous one, Kirsten, being the best). During lockdown Michael helped to organize sessions via Zoom, which has really helped us through this difficult time. It's not a cheap option, but we think it's really been worth it.

I have been delighted to be able to transfer my classes to online classes. Michael found just the right teacher for me and it has been such a help through lockdown.

Delivery of On-Line classes
The team are great and there is nothing that is too much trouble. Having had face to face classes it was great to be able to have them online. Getting set up was quick and easy and there is a great variety Yoga, Pilates and Abs to name a few

Great sessions that are different every week as well as showing different variations for beginners to advanced, everyone is thought of
