Kevin came and gave us a date and price for installing a new boiler, two days later Paul came to install it, Paul was there just after 8am worked until it was finished, he was efficient and everything was back in place, would recommend this company, I have already passed on their number to a couple of people

Homeheat visited to quote for new boiler installation and replacement of a couple of new radiators. Were prompt, polite and knowledgeable throughout. Answered all questions and provided plentiful reassurance and advice.

Office staff are professional, helpful and quick to respond to any query.

The engineers attending on the day were on time, friendly and professional through, did exactly as asked.

Considerate and customer focussed. Competitively priced too.

Hi my name is Kathleen Murray. I live in Greenock. I have been dealing with Homeheat Ltd for the past three years. I called Homeheat Ltd to get a quote for a boiler. I also contacted various other companies who never even got back to me. To busy or just no customer service? Your guess is as good as mine!

Homeheat however emailed me within 20 minutes of my enquiry. I was given quotes of three different boilers that would suit the size of my property, and the size of my pocket. (Three different priced boilers)
Homeheat came and fited the boiler within 24hrs of me contacting them.
The staff from point of contact were polite courteous and very helpful and informative when helping me make an informed decision on which boiler best suited my needs.
My boiler has a 10 year warranty and is serviced every year by a homeheat gas boiler engineer called Chris. Chris has been a very polite and courteous young man who even remember that last year I was waiting to have a tumour removed from my finger. He asked me how the operation went, and when I told him it had returned he offered to help me put the thing back into my cupboard that I had cleared out to give him room to service the boiler. I never let him of course but I know that if I needed the help Chris would have gladly done it for me. I think that's So kind and going the extra mile. So we'll done to all at Homeheat Ltd. You obviously train your staff well and definitely encourage them to give excellent customer service.
I definitely will recommend your company to EVERYONE I hear needs a boiler or full central heating system. I would rate your service 10/10 Well Done! Gold Star. 🌟

First off, the communication was great from the start, which is very important and then everything went quickly and smoothly. Very friendly people and would highly recommend them.

The two engineers were very helpful and simply got on and did the job . They did it within the promised timescale and left everything clean and tidy.

2 Old school engineers (takes 1 to know 1)turned up 10 mins early and burst into action.Quite a big job with boiler getting changed and water heater getting pulled out upstairs.We made the mistake and got new very light cream carpets fitted before Christmas so was abit worried. The guys covered the carpets and got that old heater out with ease.we just wanted an updated system with new combi and hive system. Electrician turned up in afternoon and talked me through app and installed Hive. Excellent job and away for 3.30pm. We've noticed house warmer quicker now .Thanks guys.

Courteous, professional, thoughtful staff, from the phone call to book appointment to the installation. The engineers turned up well before their start time and they cleaned up behind them when job was done. A telephone call from Homeheat staff was made the next day to make sure we were happy with the installation and in the current financial climate for a lot of people they where not to expensive. A big shout out to Paul and Billy for there superb work, to Tamara and the other ladies for making it all happen so quickly and finally to Kevin for getting it all moving in a professional manor. Wish I could give you 6 stars.

The guys turned up when they said they would got stuck into doing the job fitted the boiler and away by 2.30 pm they got all the rubbish taken away and they cleared up any mess also showed us jow the new boiler worked and went through all the paperwork before they left would definitely recommend this company

The job was slotted in quicker than planned, tennant loved engineers workmanship, new boiler runs much quieter.
Tamara in office was great to deal with and the whole job was planned effortlessly with tennant and Tamara as a landlord it went perfectly and hassle free

Kevin called out on the Tuesday. Knew which boiler we wanted. Gave a quote there and then without any hard sale. Price was the best we’d received. Called next day to accept quote and boiler fitted by Lee on the Friday. Great communication throughout and Lee did an excellent job fitting our new boiler with no mess left behind. Would highly recommend.

The Heating engineer was respectful of my home and completed the job efficiently with no fuss. The radiators that were installed are working perfectly. I've used Home Heat for a few years now and they continue to offer a great personal service at a good price.

Kevin came to see us and was very helpful and gave us good advice for the installation of a boiler. A few days later his Installer, Billy, came to install the new boiler.
He was brilliant, nothing was a bother, very helpful throughout with plenty of useful advice.
Would certainly recommend Homeheat.

Cannot fault experience using Homeheat from initial contact to boiler installation. Office staff, Kevin and 2 engineers that fitted boiler were friendly and professional. Impressed with care taken in house with covering carpets and no mess left. Courtesy call also done the next day after installation to check all was well which was appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again for any heating needs.

Kevin (Engineer) visited my property within 24 hours to diagnose the fault with my boiler pressure reaching maximum within minutes, free of charge!

After that, I was given a reasonable quote for a repair, which I accepted. Within a few days, I had an engineer out to repair my boiler (Chris) who was brilliant. Came in, got the job done, left everything neat and tidy, and left me with confidence in the repair.

Boiler is back up and running, no complaints here!

Phoned and within mins Kevin answered I sent through pictures of the boiler and in the morning I had an email with a quote which was cheaper than a couple I already had . I agreed to the price and had install done on the next suitable day great service no upfront money required . Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic team. Clean, listen to their customer. Minimum disruption, clean up after themselves, Informative throughout the process and very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend.

Over all experience was excellent, work was completed quickly and to great standard.

Fitted navien 500 boiler and took away old tanks ect it's made a huge difference to the house !

Tamara has always been a pleasure to deal organising and finalising the job!
