Beautiful and big house.
Landlords are very responsive and helpful.
Would highly recommend.

The location was good for Morrisons and Aldi.
Downside there was only one comfy chair and no sofa, for our party of four
Also there was only three sets of corckery

We, a family of 4, spent a week in 55 Victoria Road appartment.
The place's very clean and tidy. Well located, a short walk to Bedford town centre.
Beddings very clean and comfy.
Kitchen equiped with more than what you'd need
Staff were awsome, always there to help in fast and efficient ways.
In the other hand, the sitting area has only one single sofa - an extra settee is more than needed.
The bathroom has no towel holder.
Broadband will sometimes go weak.
If they fixed these 3 "issues" this place would just PERFECT.

Stayed here as a girls night out. Property was very clean and efficiently furnished. Bed covers were displayed in a pretty way. Fans were provided in every room althou the property was nice and cool. Ideal location just a 15 minute walk from the town centre and river. Shop, chemist, pub and fast food just around the corner. Locals all very welcoming. Great communication from host.
I think the one negative to mention is don't expect to get in the property early unless you're prepared to pay a charge of £25 PER HOUR!!
Overall a very lovely stay, wish we'd stayed 2 nights.

Apartment was clean and tidy, team is awesome - we were in need for additional towels, in less then 1 hour from our request this was delivered.... So great service.

An immaculate apartment and very reasonably priced. Very close to the town centre. We would definitely book again.

We got off to a shakey start, but the customer service from Lawrence, once he realised the mistake, was excellent.

I hope that all the promises of bringing the automated messages and the handovers are forefilled because then I could leave an excellent review.

Mistakes happen and to their credit was dealt with as efficenlty as possible. Due to the after sale customer service I would recommend anyone to book here.

Great Service, great locations and furnished enough to feel at home.

Recently stayed at the Elstow Retreat in Bedford. Very nice property and high standards of cleanliness and just very nice touch all round even the garden was quite nice as well. We had large group of 10 staying and every needs were catered for. I would book this again without hesitation. Host was lovely and super helpful. Ideal location 5 mins drive away from town and I would stay commutable distance to London if you don’t mind a 30-40 min train ride. And best of all, all of this was for a very good price cheaper than it would have costed us to get hotel rooms for everyone.

This place was absolutely beautiful at first I thought it was a scam since the photos were so pristine and that’s hard to find! I especially love the fact that I booked late in the night and was able to secure this place the same evening with my family. It was clean and I definitely know it was clean since I hate nastiness. The grout for the bathroom tiles or the corners of the sink in the kitchen had no mildew or build up. IT WAS CLEAN !! 😫 I think it would’ve been better with free parking. Communication was great and check in was smooth. The house did not have any odor that indicated that anyone was there. (Excellent) This place has definitely inspired me to hit the road running with my air b n b ideas !
