Excellent quality and comfort. My toddler loves her new mattress.

I received 2 Wool Body Pillows and 1 Adjustable Wool Pillow. Excellent quality workmanship and filled with a plentitude of wool. I could not be more pleased. I heartfully recommend Home Of Wool.

Outstanding products!! I bought a 5” twin xl mattress and absolutely love how it feels. I sleep so wonderfully and naturally. It just feels rights. It’s firm and supportive but still a little soft and I feel like it’s my little nest. We also bought two 3” futon mattresses. We bought these instead of normal couches because it’s impossible to find an all natural couch. Futons are so much better than couches because the back support usually goes up much taller - and you can open them up for a family nap! It’s also a more relaxed humble organic look for a living room. Very cozy! Thank you for making our home such healthy places to rest

HomeOfWool's mattresses are a fresh air of sanity in a world overtaken by fancy plastic (and potentially toxic) mattresses. To me, it is simply different to sleep on a natural product, as opposed to an artificial one. The feeling is different, the vibe is different. It is real.

I got my wool mattress along with the wool mattress protector and it felt the difference from the very first night. No more sweating during sleep. I absolutely love sleeping on the new mattress.

I must say my 13cm mattress is a bit firm, but that works completely fine for me as I am used to sleeping on firm surfaces. And if one is looking for a softer sleeping experience, just add a mattress topper.

Ho acquistato un cuscino imbottito, scegliendo il tutto affinché non mi facesse male a causa dei miei problemi legati alla MCS (sensibilità chimica multipla). Inizialmente non avevo ricevuto una mail di conferma dell'ordine, per cui avevo iniziato a preoccuparmi. Ho contattato il numero di telefono della pagina facebook e da lì ho avuto il piacere di parlare con la titolare e con una ragazza che mi ha seguita molto bene fino alla fine. Il cuscino poi è arrivato, ottima qualità. Sono molto soddisfatta!

I purchased wool stuffing. Ease of communication with someone to assist with questions, was timely. Due to being out of town for the delivery which required a signature for receiving, the package eventually was returned however, I reached out to customer service for assistance. They monitored the return status and kept me posted. When the package has been stuck in limbo, customer service got a replacement shipped to me. Awesome customer service.

Fraudulent company with false advertising, please don't waste precious money. Our 100% wool mattress that we paid $3k for went moldy after only 4 months, we followed all care instructions precisely. I asked for a refund as we have mold allergies and I needed to dispose of the mattress. They were dismissive and refused, just telling me to clean the mattress which doesn't remove mold. I emailed and phoned HOW many times prior to purchasing, and they pushed me to buy the most expensive thickest mattress with the most expensive wool ticking, claiming it was the healthiest option and anti dust and mold, and suitable for my tall husband. In only 4 months the mattress sagged hugely in the middle and became extremely uncomfortable, even though we flipped / rotated every week for 4 months which is more often than the company's recommendation. I have never had such an awful experience, what a huge waste of money. I have had so many different mattresses in my lifetime and NEVER has a mattress gotten moldy. Also NEVER has a mattress sagged so much like this, you are sleeping in a crater. I think it's a normal expectation that a mattress be flat, all other mattresses we had stayed flat even after 10 years.

I am not able to upload photos of the moldy sagging mattress, looks like HOW disabled that function, they must be getting a lot of complaints.

Home of Wool was a great company to work with for our custom cushion. They were helpful, responsive, and made a wonderful product for us!
