I hit a brick wall within 3 weeks after a total knee replacement,i contacted The Home Physio Group,who were very helpful,they sent me a man called Faisal who immediately felt like a friend,just five weeks later i'm returning to work,this man is just an absolute angel,i cant thank him enough & i'm going to miss his easy attitude but doing his job very effectively,thankyou Faisal & thankyou to the Home Physio Group.

Alexandra was really kind and went above and beyond taking a holistic approach to my sister's problems and gently increasing her function. Together they were a great team and I am delighted atbmy sister's progress. She is looking forward to returning home shortly.

Home Physio were recommended to me by another physio company that no longer offered home visits. I'm so so glad that I went ahead. After a very severe leg injury and surgery required to add a metal rod, it's been a very difficult time. However, the company were very responsive and professional, and happy to help me arrange a suitable Physiotherapist ASAP. Vivek was very experienced and professional but also took a very warm and human approach when I was anxious (the cause of the injury having a metal impact too). However he maintained a great balance of keeping me on track and continuing to challenge me to do more but also respecting if I really didn't feel able to. I've made so much progress and really appreciated his plan and support each week. Vivek seems to genuinely care about the progress of each client too. I'd be very happy to recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much again. I'm really grateful.

Esther was very instrumental with my physiotherapy, enabling me to use crutches 45mins into my 1st session with her after being non weight bearing for more than 4 months.

We booked the physio session for my Father who has been experiencing some balance issues. Jay really listened to the issues, offered excellent advice and put together an exercise programme which my Father has found really useful. We will definitely be asking Jay to come back for a follow-up session

engaged the services of Home Physio after my 86 year old Dad fell, broke his hip, had partial hip replacement and spent a month in hospital. Also has Parkinsons and Osteoarthritis.

The customer services staff were friendly and efficient and matched him with the wonderful Ashley

Dad had 2 blocks of 5 sessions and it has really helped his mobility. Ashley was kind, caring and patient and Dad really liked her. She produced an exercise programme and kept Mum and Dad updated on progress. He said that she always made him feel better after her visit.

I can definitely recommend Home Physio and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future

Gina has been very proactive and helpful in helping my mother regain some of her upper body strength and mobility following a serious fall, giving her regular sympathetic physio and suggesting exercises to do to help in the strengthening process. It will be a long road to any full recovery, but this has been a positive experience for my mother.

The company responded quickly to my request for a home physio and found Gina Estenor to visit me. I was very pleased with the service.

The physio session with Lekha Kuriakose was very helpful. She has a great manner and first listened to my issues and then made an examination of my knee. She offered good advice on some simple exercises to address the concerns I had which have been really useful. I would have no hesitation is recommending her. Mike

Shailesh was the physio that came out to see us. He was very good and informative and we would like to highly recommend him.
The advice and care he gave was invaluable and will definitely continue to use him.

My elderley father had a hip operation and I needed advice and help with motivation for him to excercise. Lekha attended twice and gave valuable encouragement to my father and got him to understand the excerices. She was very caring and yet strong in her handling of Dad.
Overall very good experience with Home Physio Group and if needed would have no hesitation using again.

Great service and company communications.

We were delighted by the progress my mum made made after seeing Vicky. Following a bad fall, she was in a lot of pain and immobile. Vicky gave her gentle exercises and got her moving again, and now she’s racing through the house. I recommend the five session follow up deal after the initial session.

My mum was bed bound after a hospital stay and we were not convinced that infrequent nhs physiotherapist visits were going to provide the support she needed- even though the physiotherapist was absolutely fine when there. It was easy to book an appointment with homephysio and we didn’t have to wait more than a couple of days. Karthik arrived on time and was helpful and constructive with that advice he gave us. My mum liked him and could follow his clear instructions. She gets very tired still and is not as alert as she would need to be to follow a programme of physiotherapy so we agreed that we would do the gentle exercises suggested and go back to Karthik if her situation improves.

My mum has been in a nursing home and has been bed bound for a couple of months following bacterial meningitis. I was increasingly concerned with the deterioration of her movement as she is still on a waiting list to see a physician on the NHS. I did some research online into private physicians and came across the Home Physio Group so made an online enquiry. Within less than an hour of making the enquiry I received a pleasant phone call and gave further details which were attentively noted. A booking was made for an initial assessment for the next day which I was very surprising as I didn't expect it to be so soon! Diane arrived at the home on time and was very professional throughout, she was very patient with my mum (who wasn't being too responsive) and she explained what she was doing throughout the whole process. We had a through discussion about my mums medical history and she did some simple exercises with her to get a feel for her level of movement. Although at this stage it was agreed that it might not be too suitable for physiotherapy as my mum alertness level is quite low, she provided me with some simple exercises I can do to help her in bed and once she is more responsive we can look into booking more sessions. The whole experience has been positive and I look forward to booking more sessions in the near future.

Following my total knee replacement Tanzin the physiotherapist built my confidence so that I was able to negotiate my home without any stress and minimal pain. The exercises he showed me were achievable. He kept in touch regularly by email to monitor my progress.
