Prima service, al na 1 dag bezorgd. Helaas was er wel iets fout gegaan met de bestelling, maar ik ben uiterst tevreden over de oplossing!

Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.
Initially, the shipping options did not include my destination country, and the staff went out of their way to resolve the issue via email. On a Sunday evening, no less! The package was delivered within a few days of ordering.
A big thank you and highly recommended.

As described, on time, well packed, would use again

The delivery was super fast and the product was delivered on the promised day. Also the product looked exactly like in the picture AND IT WAS PERFECT. Also the quality of the product is excellent!

Never shopping there again. Still didn’t get my package (due to them using FedEx which I would strongly recommend changing) and they don’t reply to my emails. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the checkout process on their website is very good, so good at taking your money, customer service and delivery non existent.

Super quick delivery to UK. Item was just as described.

I was sceptical of dealing with a foreign supplier but it arrived at my house a week later, fully intact and perfect. I can’t praise them enough and hope to do further business with them in the future. Furthermore they used FedEx who kept me fully informed at each stage of my delivery. I was impressed, which is sadly rare these days.

The delivery was over a week after the expected date- the purchase was not urgent but may be a more reasonable expected date might be better?

Arrived well packed and on time. Good communication as to where my parcel was at each stage.
