We met Mikael and Marlena in late 2024 when we were house hunting in Spain. I told my mother then that they were going to be our realtors. I just knew I could trust them completely. They started calling me in early 2025 with properties we might want, but we were not quite ready to leave the United States just yet. Then the dream house came into my email inbox. I forwarded it to them and said this was our house. Mikael realized instantly this house was quite different than what we looked at previously, but when we said our needs and our budget have changed, they ran with it. They walked through the house for us with a video phone call. They asked all the right questions of the seller. They protected us every step of the way. They got us the best lawyer, the best homeowners insurance broker, and the best repairman. We handled the whole transaction through them from the United States. Everything was done with speed and the utmost professionalism. When we finally arrived in Spain to take possession of our house, they met us with a bottle of champagne and a detailed walkthrough. When a few things in the home were not as discussed, they handled it swiftly and professionally. We could not have made this significant purchase from abroad without them as our trusted team in Spain. I highly recommend them!

Vi är så nöjdas med den hjälp vi fått av Mikael under en vecka då vi åkte runt på visningar för att hitta ett intressant objekt. Mikael har stor lokalkännedom och tipsade även om intressanta ställen och restauranger att besöka när vi inte var på visning.
Mikael finkammade området av objekt som var till salu som vi ev kunde vara intresserad av, skickade länkar senare på kvällen om nya objekt han letat fram. Han tog verkligen sig tid.

We really appreciated Mikael and Marlene from Homes-Abroad aiding us in our search for the perfect house. They arranged viewings of numerous properties that we visited together. We valued Mikael’s local knowledge and the way he listened to our priorities, adjusting the property search and visits to suit our needs. There was no pressure to make a purchase, allowing us plenty of time to consider our decision carefully. They also managed to set up visits to properties that we found independently. Even though many of these weren't listed with Homes-Abroad they went out of their way to arrange viewings for us.

Im Mai haben wir eine Wohnung auf Mallorca besichtigt. Unsere Maklerin Bitten hat uns herzlichst empfangen und uns die Wohnung vorgestellt. Nachdem wir uns entschieden haben, hat Bitten uns bei allen weiteren Angelegenheiten, was wir noch so brauchten wie z.B. Anwalt, NIE, Bank, Internet, Versicherung geholfen. Wir konnten Sie jederzeit anrufen, selbst wenn wir bestimmte Abmessungen zu vorhandenen Möbeln brauchten, Sie hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und hatte viel Gedult mit uns:-) Auch nach der Wohnungsübernahme im Oktober ist sie weiterhin für uns erreichbar und hat sich schon öfters nach unserem wohlergehen erkundigt. Wir können Homes Abroad und vor allem Bitten Munck Larholm bestens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns Sie bald mal wiederzusehen.
