Good service and price range. Love the faux fur rugs and mohair cushions. Great value. Got the nut cracker as a Xmas decoration which was gorgeous, over priced in other shops and reasonable in home savers.

Purchased a trampoline online, payment was taken from my account €149. Received an email to say my order has been received but no information on delivery or a delivery date. After two weeks I got onto customer services who told me the trampoline wont be available until May 15th. Over a month to receive my order. I kicked up a fuss and was furious that I was never notified that my order was a pre order. I was then told my trampoline would be delivered on the may 11th. That day came and went and still no delivery. There customer service was horrific I'm only sorry i didnt go onto there Facebook page to see I was only a drop in the ocean, thousands of customers have had there money taking for items that were not even in this country. A girl Tara contacted me in the 13th to say a decision had been made to cancel my order because they didn't like my attitude and my money would be refunded in up to 10 days. Following there Facebook page I now see the order wont be in stock until the 22th. Its terrible and illegal what they are doing to customers in these difficult times
