I found my all-time favorite Minky jumbo pegs here and ordered 10 packs to be shipped to me, overseas. Unfortunately the wrong size peg was sent out by mistake, but upon contacting Home Supplies Direct, they immediately apologized for the packing error, asked me to keep the erroneous pegs I received, dispatched the correct size within 24 hours for all 10 packs that I had initially ordered, and the corrected shipment was received very quickly, despite me ordering from the USA, and the order having to ship overseas and clear customs.
