Hometolab レビュー

I originally had an issue with a Wowcher code, therefore I contacted customer service and a member named Alex was able to resolve the matter swiftly and he was very polite in the process.

Excellent and answered all my questions

Purchased a WOWCHER code to use on the website. The test in purchased isn’t listed so it won’t let me redeem the code. Live chat isn’t working (I’ve tried 4 different platforms) and there is no telephone number or email address, only a postal address. So far I am unable to order my test (that I’ve already paid for) and can’t seem to speak to anyone either

I have a voucher to use with Home to Lab and I’m having trouble using it. I am trying to contact them but there’s no email or phone number on their site. It says there’s live chat but there isn’t. I’ve got others to check but it’s just not there.

Heather from customer support was a great help. She was able to assist to my needs swiftly and was able to resolve my issues promptly. I would highly recommend this service.

Got confused with the process having ordered through wowcher. Chatting with Jake online was really helpful and he was very polite and quick to respond. Can't comment on results of hair test yet i'm afraid!

I just ordered, so cannot comment on product but, Paul who helped on live chat got me through the ordering process. I was having difficulty, I think because of the device I was using but I completed the order with an expert on hand. Thank you Paul.

Was having a problem redeeming my WOWCHER as the the purchase described on the WOWCHER site was not available on the web site.
Heather was very helpful and helped me redeem against a different product description but seems to be more tests, so can’t complain. I just hope that the test results are more accurate.

Heather was very helpful and sorted my problem within minutes, thankyou
