Bumpy curtain poles
Ordered 2 curtain poles from Amazon. They arrived the next day. However the poles come in short pieces which you screw together - good for making the correct length but when you come to pull the curtains the hooks catch on the joints. Not the best!
Super fast delivery!
2hr time slot 2-4pm great but not sure is was working on the day as it kept saying from 8am 2 deliveries before you so was worried they were going to arrive whilst I was out. It did eventually work but later in the day.
However they turned up on time, delivery was super fast. I did have to ask if they could take it upstairs for me but no questions asked and they did.

Ordered wall panels direct from b&q website over a week ago, items still have not been dispatched so fair to say I am another person who this company have taken £160 off and not delivered the goods as advised, I’ve requested a charge back and hopefully the bank can investigate and ressolve

Absolutely terrible service and customer service. I ordered 4 oak wall panels from them and I needed to order 1 more panel and they had the cheek to tell me we no longer deliver to your region. I offered to pay for delivery or collection and I’ve been ignored and no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Don’t order from here because there a waste of time.

Bought a bed from B and Q to be supplied by home treats got tracking van showed up on time but did not stop there are 4 streets in my neighbourhood did not come down mine even with us waving at him they left with message on website saying they tried to call or text me never did down right lie so called b and Q they were nice and polite sent then a message as did I. Next thing is they refunded me and said I would have to re order

Ordered through B@Q , home treats just cancelled and refunded my order (within 14days ) with no explanation of why , cancelled this order within 2 hours of me ordering it . Phoned B&Q but they were given no reason as to why it was cancelled, they need to drop this supplier

Thankyou for an excellent service and experience from start to finish. The bed itself looks outstanding and I can't believe the quality of the bed for the price I paid. Blown away with my purchase.
No communication, no support, no delivery
Purchased some wall panelling from this company via B&Q. I had hoped B&Q had vetoed their suppliers better.
The order stands at “processing” even though they stated (and it shows on the app) that the delivery is due 27-28th January.. we are now on 29th without any tracking or reply.
AVOID
AVOID. Both B&Q and this company are taking the piss. Cancelled order as didnt have stock! Was supposed to be a birthday gift! Absolutely ridiculous. Now they have my money. 14 days to process refund. Birthday ruined.
Really nice bed, great service
Really nice bed. Exactly what I was looking for. Really easy to put together, the instructions were very clear. What makes this company stand out was their delivery service.
2 really helpful and friendly young men. Probably the best I've come across. They carried all the boxes upstairs for me too.
Poor quality
My wife ordered a small bed side set of drawers.
Not very happy with the quality. One screw has almost through the side panel, the drawers don't fit squarely, and one of the handles came off before even out the drawer in the unit. Poor quality, and is very small.

Ordered laminate flooring through BQ, 3 pks out of 8 had damaged ends do to poor packaging, because we were doing another project didnt complain quickly enough, so ordered a replacement pk, two lots sent both received damaged, No attempt made to pack safely, now been offered a refund for 1 pk, how does that help us finish floor. DO not buy from this store, rubbish service

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Delivery was over a week late, they then delivered half of the order wrong, haven’t been to collect the wrong item, haven’t delivered the correct items and now apparently they don’t have the stock any more. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!!

Abysmal service and not even sure they are actually trading. Ordered 4 media wall panels, which when ordering you have to input an address to calculate shipping. Done it all and paid with paypal (so glad i did).... delivery date came and past, then the weekend, so i contacted them by email and 2 days later they replied stating their couriers do not deliver to our postcode ! and they would issue a refund. 2 weeks on and still no refund, they didnt even bother to answer emails so as i said, not sure if they are actually still in business, eventually paypal stepped in and i received the refund. I would urge anyone to never use this firm. Absolutely awful customer service

Don’t order from this company. I ordered a bed from the Range but they use this company and their customer service is non existent, especially if you try to cancel your order, even the Range were of no use.

Ordered a double ottoman bed for my daughter on the 27th of December via Amazon. It said it was a “prime product” and would be delivered before the new year. 29th i got an email to say it’s been dispatched but the tracking number wasn’t working so I emailed via Amazon to ask for the correct tracking number. I had an email back that stated “the item hasn’t yet been dispatched because they are delivering direct because they don’t want damage during transit” first red flag. Already dispatched but hasn’t been dispatched. Hmm. Ok..: new year passes I sent another email, no response. 4th I sent another email…. No response. Today I emailed again as it now stated on Amazon there’s a delay. I have called and surprisingly no one is available to take my call. I have just received an email stating it’s going to be another 5 days!!!! I’m not happy!! Why say the product is going to be 3 days delivery when you know full well it’s not??!!! It’s not a cheap item either!!! So here I am still without my daughter’s bed. I will update on 5 days IF it turns up. IF.

Initial communication can feel a little slow, as Home Treats operate as a third-party seller through B&Q. However, once they take over the service and delivery process, everything is excellent. With a bit of patience during the early stages, communication becomes clear and responsive, and the delivery service is truly second to none.
This company appears to receive some negative reviews, likely due to their different setup compared to most retailers, but our experience was very positive. They are efficient, reliable, and significantly cheaper than purchasing directly through B&Q. Overall, a fantastic service and great value for money.
Bought this bed and was happy with it…
Bought this bed and was happy with it at first but then the middle leg of the bed came away. The spot ( tack ) weld failed. It is still in the years warranty but no luck in getting it changed.
