Absolutely useless - the biggest 'have' in the conveyancing market. There are other ways of securing yourself a good conveyancing lawyer and this is not one of them.

After Homey demanded £378 from both myself and my wife for search fee, (= £756 ) our house sale failed: so we asked for a refund. They declared, without any proof offered, that they were keeping the money for work already done This is fraud, so NEVER use this company. The 5 star reviews you see, are placed on by employees of the company

Poor service, dreadful communication and when it came to issuing a refund just full of lies. Don’t use

Most unprofessional agency who disappears in case of issues.

Ergis is very quick in fixing any problem reported.

Wonderful experience with Homey, have been with them for the last 2 years and have made my stay very comfortable, especially in these difficult times.

Since Ergis joined...he doing excellent job in terms of taking care of the house , cleanliness, common commodities as well as tenants.
He is super active in resolving any of the problem raised by tenants and is ever smiling face ..
He visits the house oftenly to ensure and tenants and house management is all gping okay..
