The customer service I've experienced has been very disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with communication, delivery delays, and repeated reasons given for the product not being ready.

After waiting over two months, I've received no genuine apology and no offer of any compensation or gesture of goodwill. I expected a much higher standard of service and communication.
