ordered parts on 3/8/26 - the site showed 3/12 delivery. paid for expedited shipment - it was not expedited. parts due to arrive today 3/16 if i'm lucky....don't waste money on this lot

I’ve ordered almost $200 dollars worth of OEM parts, serval times from Hondaautomotiveparts.com. They’ve been very great in the past but this time I can not give a good rating. I’ve order my parts over 8 days ago and still have not received my parts that I really need. They made a decision to ship out my order 4 days after my order was placed because they were waiting on a $20 dollar bracket. Instead of just shipping out my whole order minus the bracket which would be very minimal shipping cost to ship out the bracket but they figure it would save them a few dollars for a tiny bracket. They felt it was a good idea to make me wait over 8 days and still counting which I haven’t received it yet. Their solution was to give me 10 percent of shipping which was around $2 savings to me to make me wait over a week. I will probably have to find another online Honda oem parts that I hopefully don’t treat their customers this way.

I called first to verify that the parts were in stock and they answer the phone right away. I ordered online and the parts were delivered promptly by USPS.

i bought Dw1 atf it came as arrived while i was purchasing i got an email for security purposes they made an authorizaion charge to confirm if it was my credit card all went well except they didnt returny money the charged for security check
