As someone who toyed with the idea of HonestFBA for years, my only regret is not joining sooner frankly. There is a lot of BS out there on the internet - and I understand that can make people skeptical, I was one of them. But as I've gotten to know the team and the content of the community (calling it a course feels disrespectful to what you actually get) I regret not joining sooner. The community is run by actual entrepreneurs who have businesses outside of HonestFBA which helps. There's a lot of people who peddle education these days without being in the trenches - these guys aren't like that. I've loved my time so far, it was worth the money, and I look forward to the future.

I’ve known Tom and Alex for a few years and they are up there with some of the most transparent people when it comes to E-Commerce. They are very open and transparent guys and the Honest FBA Community is the best community I’ve been a part of when it comes to E-Com. The course is comprehensive and covers every aspect of Amazon FBA and dips into ever evolving TikTok and Shopify strategies.

I joined honest brands in August 2025 and it’s been extremely insightful. I started as a complete beginner to e-commerce and now after only 3 months I’m close to launching my first product and owning my own brand. Having a step by step guide and a community I feel is the game changer. It means you can literally go through the stages step by step and be confident you’re not missing anything important, that would be my biggest worry if I tried to figure it out on my own just from videos online. Also having the community there to help with any questions you have is a massive help. There’s always going to be people that are ahead of you in the process and have likely had the same struggles. I would recommend it to anyone to be honest. With the right mindset you can go from a complete beginner to owning your own brand in a matter of months.

Great community, with real brand builders at different experience levels. The staff are really helpful, personable and actually care. There's also tons of resources from over the years and constantly being updated as the Ecom game changes, plenty of live calls etc.. If you're in brand building for the long run, It's a no-brainer.

I have been a part of other e-commerce communities, but HonestBrands blows them out of the water. Between the coaches and the hundreds of sellers in the community, there is no shortage of information for you to absorb and apply to your business, no matter what stage you are at in your e-commerce journey. My product launch went way better than I could've ever imagined, and I attribute it all to HonestBrands and the fantastic support they provide for all different parts of e-commerce.

I joined Honest Brands one year ago and have since launched my first ever product and will be launching my second product in the coming weeks.

I could not have done this without the support of Honest Brands. The course content gave me the foundations I needed to start. The 1:1 coaching gave me specific and catered guidance. And the community provided me with accountability, support and a helping hand whenever I've come unstuck.

Whats surprised me the most is how proactive the mentors are, they have been invested in seeing me succeed and have pushed me to bring out the best in me.

I would recommend Honest Brands to anyone looking to start e-commerce/ looking to build a brand.

I joined HonestFBA in June 2024 with absolutely no experience in Amazon FBA. Within a year, I’ve gone from learning everything from scratch to earning more than I used to make in my full-time job.

The training is detailed and beginner-friendly, and the Discord community is one of the most supportive spaces I’ve ever been part of. Every coach is genuinely invested in helping you succeed, and AlexB himself is always active, answering questions and guiding us personally.

If you’re serious about building an Amazon business the right way, HonestFBA is 100% worth it.

I decided to join HonestFBA after speaking with Grant who mislead me about what the program is really about. He said that if I was not happy after paying 10k with in 14 day I could ask for a refund. Once inside I found out that the course and the coaching and mentorship is less than acceptable considering what I paid. I proceeded to ask for a refund and AlexG the head coach ask Marian to process the refund she ignored me until I had ask her to process my refund! She finally responded and stated that I would be charged 3.5 admin fee which I was not aware of because when they get you on the call to take your money if you decide to join they send you a link to sign up with out sending a contract which I ask Grant about one and he stated I would receive one after they took my money which is how they trick you into getting that 3.5 admin fee if you decide to refund. Please be aware that this company is not honest at all! They are running a dishonest program!!BUYER BEWARE!!
Update: I will respond to HonestFBA by saying they are being dishonest the only truth is that I did request a refund once inside the Discord channel. I did not pay 10k to have interactions in a discord channel. I thought that once I paid I would meet with a coach and get a roadmap just as Grants slidedeck showed before my purchase. I was on a Zoom call with Grant he showed me a slidedeck which stated that you had 14 days to request a refund nothing else was mentioned. I ask him for a contract same as their terms of service but he said I would receive it once I paid which never happen he tricked me in to getting my money without me reviewing the term of service my mistake for not demanding to review the terms of service. They are stating I never took any steps to seeing if it would work out. I am so happy I did not because they would be able to keep my entire 10k. This is the term of service provided after I requested a refund.
Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund of the enrollment cost / setup fee less an admin charge (see below) within the first 14 days of your purchase (with your purchase date counting as Day 1), provided that:

- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course's content since enrolling

- You have not attended any 1-1 coaching calls (applies to our ACCELERATE Members only)

- You have not received any feedback from us after submitting an idea via any of our product idea forms.

Accessing course content includes opening a lesson or a file, irregardless of whether you watched it or not. Whether or not you click on the 'MARK AS COMPLETE' button within a lesson makes no difference. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, so please note that opening a lecture / video for viewing will count towards your 20% allowance (c. 35 lessons).

If you fall outside of the 14 day refund period, there are no exceptions to this policy. For example, if you decide that this business model is 'not for you', or you are unable to complete the programme for personal reasons, or you are restricted from selling on Amazon due to trying to circumvent or break the rules.
Also, they are very dishonest about AlexG and Grant reaching out to me over the weekend. AlexG contacted me Friday regarding the refund and said have a great weekend. Grant contacted me the day I made pay about me getting access to the Discord channel and I never heard from him after that. I have screenshots to prove that they are being dishonest. Please contact me to show you prove about everything I am stating!!

If you are interested in starting out in e-commerce this is the place to be. We went from zero previous experience to launching our first product on Amazon in six months. The course content, level of support and resource pool is incredible. Highly recommend.

This course and community is game changing. I probably would've quit ecommerce a long time ago if it wasn't for them. The owners actually live and breathe everything ecommerce. When they find some new information, the course is updated. So glad I signed up.

Having used their platform for over one year now I am quite happy with their services and believe it to be money well spent. Starting up an Amazon FBA on my own would have been so daunting without someone to walk me through it and give me feedback.

I joined Honest FBA in 2022. I found them on YouTube when searching for videos about how to estimate import tariffs on goods (boring topic... I know but important!), scheduled a coaching call with the team, and really benefited from what they shared, so I joined their course and community.

The community has been great. It has entrepreneurs at all different stages - from starting their brand, some already doing millions per year, and others that have already sold a brand and are building another one.

I know it sounds cheesy to say but being part of this community has changed my life. It's helped me learn new skills and my mindset has totally changed on what's possible to achieve. I've been able to change my job to be totally focused on ecom and also have a growing brand.

Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made was joining Honest FBA. The advice is super practical (not just fluff), and the community is incredibly supportive. It’s not just theory, people are actually out here building real brands and sharing what’s working for them. You can ask anything and get answers from people who’ve been through it. Feels more like a group of friends helping each other out than just another course.

Highly recommend if you're serious about selling on Amazon.

Diving into Amazon FBA was overwhelming with all the YouTube gurus out there, but choosing HonestFBA was a total win! Their course breaks it all down from A to Z, and getting direct access to the founders is a game-changer. The community is super supportive, always there for daily questions, and the live product research calls are where the real learning happens. Honest FBA and the whole community is the real deal. They care so much about whether or not you are successful and continue to evolve the course and community to support ongoing success. You get 1:1 coaching/advice with real humans who have so much experience in the industry. The whole community is very inspiring and helpful actually. I have purchased another course from another company about dropshipping for double the price and it was a joke - zero help, zero results, but that's the exact opposite from what I've experienced with Honest FBA. They check in on progress, know you by name, answer questions immediately, etc. This is definitely not a get rich quick scheme, you have to put in work yourself, but they really are there to help guide you along the way. I highly recommend this course/community for anyone looking to get into e-comm.

Great community with all the help you can need whether you are new to e-commerce or years in. A knowledge base of information. You will end up saving money in the long term so a worthy investment either way! Everyone is super helpful and just want you to win.

I came across HFBA at the beginning of the year, after committing to launch my own business and escape the rat race.

I’m naturally sceptical, so when I found their content and was invited to book a call, I hesitated but eventually said yes.

I spent an hour on that call, going through everything the course involved (which is a LOT), including the level of commitment and time it would take from me to succeed. It was made very clear: this wasn’t a get-rich-quick scheme. There were no empty promises just the offer of guidance and support from people who’ve already built successful businesses, if I was willing to put in the work.

I left the call without any high-pressure sales tactics or unrealistic claims. Instead, I came away with a grounded, honest perspective and a strong sense that if I took it seriously, the HFBA team and community would be there to help me succeed.

Fast forward four months, and I’m still learning every day. I’m now working towards launching my first product in the coming weeks, and I feel confident that with the support of the HFBA coaches and community it will be successful.

Without this course, I can see now how easily I could have wasted thousands on the wrong products, aimed at the wrong audience, simply due to inexperience.
