It’s a scam. You will never receive the $1 CAD makeup box you ordered from the website. They take $49.00 CAD. every month on your credit card.

Rip off scam. I was told after signing up that they don’t deliver to my area. They still took fifty a month for just over a year. I have a relative that is RCMP and is looking into this

They offer a gift for $1.95 but then you won't know that they have subscribed you to their club charging you $49 each month. I think my wife did something with some kind of online game or what that she doesn't even remember what it was in Dec 2020; then they started charging our credit card monthly for $49 since Jan 2021 till now. I just accidentally found the monthly charge recently and emailed them to unsubscribe and refund, but the only thing they can do was to send me all the gift card code we "bought" monthly. After reading all the recent comments, I know that they won't deliver even if we use the gift cards to buy things from them. We decided to stop the credit card and talk to our bank about any possible action that we can take.

Il m'ont prélevé de ma carte de crédit 49€ je n'ai rien commandé chez eux et je ne connais pas du tout ce site où se qu'ils vend. J'ai dû bloquer ma carte de crédit et envoyer un mail de résiliation

Au final c'est une grosse arnaque, je n'ai jamais rien reçu mais par contre ils pensent bien à vous prélevez de l'argent tous les mois pour un montant exorbitant.

A friend sent me a link for a free gift box. I followed it and filled in my information. The last step on the form was a request for a utility bill in my name and ID. At this point, I became uncomfortable and cancelled the transaction. I backed out the page and closed the window. I DID NOT FINALIZE THE FORM. I DID NOT CLICK SUBMIT OR CLICK OK. But, it was TOO LATE and they already had my Visa information so I was screwed. This has never happened to me before online. Apparently, at this point on the form they have already taken the liberty to subscribe you to a monthly gift card subscription!!!!! I DID NOT SELECT A SUBSCRIPTION. I DID NOT OK A SUBSCRIPTION. IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED and OK'D for me. So, I came for a free gift box and what I got was a subscription that I DID NOT sign up for. Let me be clear, I am very tech savvy and spend a lot of time online. I am not a vulnerable internet user. So, I strongly believe they are doing this on purpose and taking advantage of hard working people. Essentially, they are duping the user who came for a free gift box. What genius marketing right?? Offer something for free, make them think that's all their getting (but add something tiny and off to the corner on the form regarding a subscription because you know laws) and then bring in the big bucks. After about $600 being taken out of my account over the span of 12 months, I finally caught it on my VISA and put in a claim. I could not get it all back though due to timing.

I did talk to someone at the company. All they did was send me screenshots to prove my subscription and emails sent to me. Ok, thanks...but, I did not knowingly subscribe so I dont care if your system shows a subscription. Not the point here. Also, did you know that those "gift cards" can only be used on the exclusive products in the club section??? WHAT A JOKE. All of those products are in the 100's of dollars AND to top it all off you can not cumulate the gift cards. So, now I have about $400 in gift cards and I can only use $49 at a time AND I have to purchase expensive products that I would have to easily spend an extra 50 - 300+$$ to buy. AND Shipping. Upon my request to allow me to cumulate them in order to allow me to spend, in hopes that they would accommodate due to the situation, it was a HARD NO. I now have no use for these gift cards. I personally have never heard of this business practice where you cannot combine your gift cards that you have purchased with real currency. UGH wth. And, why would anyone even subscribe to this service. Its only for the expensive stuff and its a monetary value and the stuff isn't even that good and It is low selection. You cant use the card to pick up their Maybelline or cheaper garbage... SMH. I feel like a fool.

Here's the kicker - customer service actually told me I was never sent the free gift box because I didn't provide them my ID and a utility bill statement. But wait, you had no problem subscribing me and taking my money??? If you are taking my money the least you could have done was send me the effing gift box. LOL. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Let this be a lesson. FIRST - Always check forms diligently when putting your payment details, esp. when something is "free" and dont think because you didn't submit or OK that you are off the hook. SECOND - Always check your emails diligently. I have to admit that I missed some of these. I get a lot of emails and these Honest Kiss ones dont say anything about purchase with monetary value. I thought it was spam because I am very on top of things I buy and subscribe and didn't know "I" had subscribed. THIRD - be diligent on checking your credit card statements. I actually am quite diligent here also so I am very upset with myself. But, I also share a card with my hubby and so sometimes it is difficult to know what he is spending on vs. me, etc. Also, this was during COVID and things were crazy with my kids home, me working from home, hubby losing job, etc. etc. so needless to say I was distracted. That's the only reason they got me.

HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL UP AND RUNNING????

Didn't receive the order! Stay away!

Huge risk factor and scam alert!

Stay away!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. First, I was swindled into a monthly subscription when getting a "gift" box. I entered my credit card info and as I was placing the shipping cost only order I noticed so many odd and sketchy information requests such as my birth date and salary, etc. I quickly closed the order screen and essentially cancelled the order for the free gift box, which I never did get. But, you know what I did get? a monthly subscription that I was not aware of. Yes, I got an email every month, but do you know how much spam comes into my Gmail? I consistently have hundreds of unopened emails. Not the point anyways...I DID NOT select any option to subscribe and it WAS NOT CLEAR that a subscription was being added to my order. Very likely it was small tiny little printed spot on the bottom of the order page that I CANCELLED OUT OF. Anyways, many months later I realized what was going on and I had paid over $600 YES $600 into a subscription that I never wanted or intended to use. Thankfully I was able to get my bank to dispute and get me about 200 or so back, but I caught it too late so they couldn't go back any farther. Needless to say, this website is not HONEST at all. If it was honest it would make it very clear to users that a subscription is being created. I reached out to the company and they refuse to offer any refund. ALSO, one of the worst parts about this stupid subscription is the "GIFT" cards, you know...the ones you pay for literally, can not be used together on a product and pretty much all of the products that can be purchased with the "gift" cards are all way more expensive than the value of the card; therefore ladies, we need to spend even more money on this BS website. I also requested to use my "gift" cards all together to be able to spend them, on things I dont even want, and that was a HARD NO as well. This company doesnt give AF about customers and is not transparent. STAY AWAY. Where is the BBB on this one????

En plus, je ne peux même pas de me désabonner moi même à l'instant. J'Ai faite un demande à Sarah AJD, je ne veux pas que d'autre montant passe sur ma carte de crédit le mois prochain.

En venn av meg sendte meg en link. Jeg tenkte at jeg skulle få en gave og det viste seg at de tok nesten 300 kroner fra kontoen min hver måned! Jeg fikk ingen gave. Senere ville jeg bruke gavekortet, det kunne ikke brukes til noe, kun til noen produkter som enten ikke interesserte meg eller noe fryktelig dyrt.
! Til slutt, etter 3 måneder, klarte jeg å blokkere den. En annen gang bestilte jeg en parfyme i juni 2021, og de har ikke kommet i dag! FRU Sarah fra kundeservice skrev gjentatte ganger at pakken var forsinket, så at den ble sendt, og den ikke kom i det hele tatt, da at adressen kanskje ikke er den samme, jeg har ikke pakke den dag i dag. Ikke la noen bestille fra denne siden, vær forsiktig ved å klikke på lenkene, ingenting er noensinne gratis!

Presque jamais utilisé VISA. Je ne me rends compte qu'aujourd'hui le prélèvement bancaire effectué sur ma carte VISA tous les mois, pour un montant de 49 € depuis minimum 1an par AL*HONESTKISS.LTD FUENGIROLA. En effet, je n'ai jamais signé d’autorisation de prélèvement à votre nom et je n'ai pas reçu l'information concernant ce site pour la confirmation d'abonnement ou le prélevement à la date prévue comme les sites officiels qui en font .
En tout cas , je ne connais pas HONESTKISS du tout. Je viens de découvrir le site HONESTKISS.COM en faisant la recherche sur google avec un grand SUSPECTE !
Je serais reconnaissante de bien vouloir créditer de la somme indûment prélevée.

Je n'ai jamais signé pour que honestkiss me volé, il passe sans ma permission sur mon compte bancaire et prend se que j'ai laissé pour autre chose et me mettre dans problème pas croyable, secs son que des voleurs.

WORST Money stealing website.
You wont get anything for your trail period or test, and they won't cancel the subscription during the trail so that you can’t cut them off and they will bill you 30 USD a month.
I have tried all their numbers and sarah @ honestkiss, but with no luck. They don’t have a costumer service their website should be shut down.

Chui trés en colere ce puti* de site de mer** ma arnaquer a mon tours je sais meme pas dou sa vien puti* depuis décembre denier je me fait retiré 55€ tout les mois parfoi 2 fois par moi jai actuellement perdu 550€ a cause de cette mer** jmen suis rendu compte au moi septembre jai du faire opisition et tout se qui suis mes a cause de sa ma banque veule pas me rembourser meme avec l'assurance car il me dise que c'est site ou soi disant je me serrai abonner alors que en aucun cas je me suis abonner a cette mer** surtout pour recevoir des truc a la co* , c'est nimporte quoi et dailleur avec cette soi disant abonnement et les 55€ qui mon volé je nest jamais rien reçu !!! Bande de petit encul* d'arnaqueur de mer** ee

I have had $472.66 withdrawn from my account without receiving a single item from your company. The original order was for $1 on January 6,2021. Still haven't received a single thing. No emails just keep taking my money.
Very dissatisfied. Have just cancelled my subscription, now would appreciate getting back my money.

Hvordan får en meldt seg ut av dette? Jeg finner ikke ut hvordan jeg får meldt meg av. Prøvd å ringe, men det går ikke. Har sendt Mail, men får ikke svar.
