They are amazing, they are very honest, my doll arrived at a great price and it was flawless, I have nothing good to say.

I dealt with the customer advisory service and they were completely supportive of my choice and they were all very patient and friendly.

I am very happy with their service! Trustworthy, professional, reliable, and fast service are some of their characteristics.

No instructions and doll does absolutely nothing at all. No auto anything. Have various parts that seem to do nothing and with no details on how to use them. They are useless as with the doll. No sound which was a paid extra feature. Contacted Honeylovedoll and they sent useless videos that don't even match the doll that was purchased. Doll model is Orange In. and was not cheap. Update: Was sent videos regarding heating, suction and voice. However nothing on the BJ feature ... still zero movement from doll.

Likes to choose unusual and unexpected toys. The quality is very good. Shipping is fast. A great store for anyone looking to up their game.

So far so good. Honeylovedoll's customer support is exceptional. They have been very responsive to every question by email and online chat and make you feel at ease with your purchase while it is being customized. My purchase has not arrived yet, but will update once i get it and give an honest review. But so far based on their hospitality, I would buy from them again!

I just want to get my first doll. Is pretty hard to decide which one would match me well. The customer service was so patient and took him around 30mins to solve my questions.
I wish I can get my Alberta sooner lol.

I just received my first doll, the Nita doll, I am honestly in shock, because this was better then I expected, life like, perfect packaging, She is exactly what I was shown on the Honeylovedoll page. Very easy to handle, Customer support was amazing as they guided me through many questions before I made the purchase, even gave me suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. I will definitely buy from them again, I am writing this review because I got much more then I expected.
