All my years living near Lake Michigan, Port Washington area smoked salmon is a must. From Smith Brothers to Ewigs. The best of the best. Today I tried Honey Smoked Fish Co. I must say its right up there with the best. I will purchase again !!!

Flavor and fish are good but it is way too salty. I have eaten a lot of smoked salmon and have smoked my own and this would be good if it were not so salty.
