Extremely professional and great communication throughout from the office. Level 3 survey was booked and completed promptly, with thoroughly detailed report produced within a week. Helpful follow up phone call with surveyor to go over the findings. Competitive quote and lived up to previous great reviews on here. I would highly reccommend this company. Would gladly use again if ever needed.

I enquired with a few companies when looking for a surveyor, Honeywell stood out to me as they are a local family run company and were professional and friendly. My appointment was booked within a week of my enquiry, I had little involvement with this which was nice. On the day of the survey I received a call after it was completed giving me a brief overview of their findings. I received the report within a week of the survey taking place, it was easy to read and very detailed. Overall I would highly recommend Honeywell.

A extremely professional and supportive team from first contact through the survey to the report at the end. The process was explained to me from start to finish; I was grateful for this for as an elderly first time buyer the stages of house buying seemed daunting. The surveyor carried out a thorough survey highlighting areas needing attention and produced an in-depth report, with approximate costings to have work done to make improvements. Well worth the price paid. Thank you Honeywell’s!

Have used Honeywell twice now for level 3 residential building surveys. Have found them very easy to deal with. Our surveyor on both occasions was incredibly helpful and we were able to have follow-up conversations with him to discuss the reports in more detail. Very, very thorough reports, great level of detail.
I would highly recommend their services, they are also very good value compared with other firms I contacted.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very thorough every detail and more from what I was expecting, friendly service with good aftercare if any points need clarification you can speake to the surveyor directly.

Great communication from start to finish. We received a phone call on the day of the survey to discuss any major issues that were found. Once we received the report (within 7 days), we then requested another call with Melanie to talk through a few issues raised, this was no problem and Melanie gave some great guidance.
We have heard many bad views on different surveying companies, so it was important that we got it right as we knew the house had a few damp issues and problems with the roof. We now know the extent of these issues, and we know the house has been properly examined as the report was very detailed and came with pictures that show the issues.
Would highly recommend and has saved us a lot of money in the long run!

We hired Honeywell Survey and Design for an L3 survey and they were absolutely brilliant. We were booked in within a week and received our survey report within 7 days. While we were waiting for the formal survey - our surveyor actually called the same day just to give us an update before we received the report. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an L2 or L3 survey. I can’t say enough good things!

Excellent service and very good value for money

Did an excellent job and provided great value for money. Uncovered a hidden cellar that wasn’t known about by the estate agent and provided a very detailed report that was instrumental in having thousands of pounds reduced off the agreed purchase price. Patrick was my surveyor and was extremely professional, well informed but also helpful. Really feel I have their support moving forward and would go out of my way to use their services again when I purchase my next property. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really impressed with the survey Patrick did, the attention to detail was second to none. The aerial photos of the property uncovered a few costly repairs that need to be done before the purchase. The report came through well within the time quoted. I would recommend this company. Aleksandra was very helpful in the office too.

I am a first time buyer with no experience in property. I found a house that I thought looked very good. I thought that a survey would be a waste of money as my sister had done one the previous year and it was absolutely wrong on everything.
I used Honeywell surveyors for mine and I must say that I was surprised at how thorough and helpful they were. Right from the start of the process they were happy to answer all of my questions. Luke had spent several hours surveying the house and he was happy to update me on his first impressions right after his survey as well as sending me the full report with documentation and estimates 7 days later. Aleksandra was always quick to reply to my emails and help me with everything.

It is unfortunate that I won't buy this property but I will have Honeywell surveyors on my speed dial.

Me and my partner have recently used Honeywell for our level 2 homebuyers survey for the house we are buying. We chose to go with Honeywell as they were the most reasonably priced and we saw the positive reviews that Patrick already had on Google.

The team at Honeywell were more than helpful throughout the process. From the provision of the quote, everything was completed in a timely manner and they were very self sufficient in arranging access to the property with the vendor which meant we didn't need to worry. Our surveyor, Melanie, contacted us the same day after she had completed the survey to give us a summary before the report was provided, very promptly, 2 days later. The report was very thorough and has helped us to know what we may need to rectify when we move in.

We made the foolish error of not downloading the report from the link provided however Patrick was very quick to provide us with an updated link which was very much appreciated. We had our survey done back in October and recently got back in contact to ask for some more guidance on a possible issue that was raised and once again, Patrick and Melanie were more than accommodating. Melanie gave us a call to help us to understand the issue further and even sent information via email so we can be prepared to deal with the issue which was very much appreciated.

Patrick from Honeywell Survey & Design came to do a defect report survey for me last week.

I'm extremely please with the report that he has produced.

The report came though within a week and it's very comprehensive and detailed with diagrams and photographs included to show me exactly what work I need to carry to to effect repairs and also options of the type of work as appropriate.

Patrick was on-site for several hours and with his travelling time I think they are really good value for money.

I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a surveyor (they were recommended to me by a colleague who was having a home buyers survey done).
