The quality of the items ive brought


The quality of the items ive brought were good and the only thing I can say is that it will take a long time before you get all your items because I ordered my stuff on 1 December 2025 and just got my last item yesterday. For the rest you can trust this store!

We’re glad to hear that you’re satisfied with the quality of the items. Regarding the delivery time, some of the products in your order were pre-order items, which means their arrival depends on the manufacturer’s production and release schedule.

To ensure you wouldn’t have to wait too long to receive anything, we arranged partial shipments so that available items could reach you earlier. As for the remaining item (15cm Q Version Plushie – Phainon), it only recently arrived at our warehouse, and we arranged shipment immediately upon arrival to avoid any delay.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’re always working to improve both our product availability and delivery experience.

Everything came as advertised and the recipient is very pleased. The only negative is that this was a preorder in December for a daily planner for 2026 and we didn’t get it until about 2 months into 2026. Shouldn’t a daily planner for a year be ready before that year starts? If not, maybe the people who design and produce it need to start using a daily planner to remind them to get it ready on time!

Regarding your 2026 Lightyear Chronicle Weekly Planner, as this was a pre-order item, the shipping schedule is determined by the manufacturer’s production and logistics. Unfortunately, this is something we don't have direct control over. The manufacturer processes orders in batches based on the pre-order timeline, and your order was part of the batch that arrived at our warehouse in February 2026. As soon as it arrived, we immediately arranged for shipment to prevent any delays.

In the meantime, we’re glad to hear that the recipient is happy with the planner! Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and the manufacturer, and we will take it into account to improve our future planning and delivery schedules.

Imbibitor Lunae 1/7 Scale Extended Figure

Honkai.shop is really good, products are genuine and legit, reasonable prices, fairly fast delivery and they make sure your items will not get damaged during the delivery. I pre-ordered the Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae 1/7 Scale Figure and it's such a pretty figure. No complaints at all to Honkai.shop and have been recommending it to all my friends. I also bought the Character Stacking Toys Vol. 2 (Firefly) for a friend for Christmas, can't comment on how good the quality of that is because I can't open it but the service here was really fast again and they made sure the package wouldn't get damaged either.

I understand, but every shopping app, whether it's Mercado Libre, AliExpress, SheIn, Temu, Shoppe, and others, always provides a tracking information for your order, regardless of whether it's a standard or express delivery. My question is... I bought a small plush toy on November 27th and I have no further information

Thank you for taking the time to share your concern. We understand that tracking visibility is important, and we’d like to clarify our logistics process for transparency.

The item purchased is a pre-order product, which means it has not yet arrived at our warehouse and therefore cannot be dispatched. For this reason, a tracking number cannot be generated at this stage. The estimated shipping timeframe is clearly listed on the product page for reference.

Once the item arrives and the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent automatically, and tracking will be available as with all our shipped orders.
