Very easy efficient service - all went to plan would recommend this company

We ordered the Boxer No 5, brown and White stripe dog ID tag.
When it arrived it, although our invoice confirmed we had ordered Boxer No.5 the picture was nothing like what we had asked for, therefore it looks nothing like our dog. In fact what we received wasn't even an option. We sent an email with photographs to show what we ordered and what we received and asked for either a refund or the tag we ordered. We had no response. We sent another email, repeating the information from the previous and once again was sent no reply. We then received an email asking us to review our experience, so sent another email explaining that any review wouldn't be favourable and to please get in touch about our problem. That also had no response. So this is my review, as we had a second email pointing out we hadn't reviewed yet. We have used Hoobynoo in the past and had no problems. The product is always nice quality and mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service has left us out of pocket with a personalised dog ID that looks nothing like our dog and defeats the object of paying extra to get something personalised. We have given up any hope of rectifying the problem and have gone elsewhere to buy something else.

Great choice of really lovely tags. They are top quality yet good value. The turnaround time is fast and everything is packaged very well. Lots of options for delivery too. Altogether a delight to shop with Hoobynoo. They are a brilliant team.

We love everything Hoobynoo. Our dog has a wide collection of harnesses, and each one has its own Hoobynoo tag to match.

The tags are super high quality, and worth every single penny. Our dog has gone through bushes, the sea, mud, gravel, grass, everything! And there is not one scuff mark on the tags. Some of them we have had for 3 years and they are still in perfect condition.

The staff at Hoobynoo are so lovely and kind too! Nothing is ever any trouble. I have asked for slight amendments to their designs a few times, for example the reindeer one to have a black nose instead of red, or a pink background instead of white - it has never been an issue! And the customer service is the highest standard possible with Hoobynoo.

Highly recommend!

The standard tag that I received was very poor quality for a £8.95 tag. The writing and picture I chose for the tag was very faded and looked like when a printer begins to run out of ink. They told me this was the ‘style’ I chose but looked nothing like what they advertise. Poor quality control and false advertising. I received a partial refund which still isn’t good enough for the tag I received.

Very quick turnaround on my order which was appreciated as we'd ordered items for our holiday later that week. We were also given a refund of postage costs without having to ask, after I realised I'd missed something from my original order and placed a second order the same day. Fantastic service as always from Hoobynoo, and beautiful personalised products for our pampered hounds!
