My item wasn’t delivered on the day they stated it was going to be so wasted a hole day waiting in n then it came the next day and delivered it to my neighbour house instead.

What you paid for this top quality best thing i got for the price my kids love it too

I cannot give a review on the product purchased as I have not yet received the product (5 days later ), their chosen carrier DX has not delivered the item yet , on tracking it says it has not been delivered to delivery depot and they will deliver soon, no apology. Seriously consider changing carrier please.
I will review my score after I receive the item. Other than item not having been delivered yet, placing the order was pretty quick and easy, not sure I've got an invoice though.
UPDATE
item arrived , unusable as the forks on the bike are bent and cannot install the front wheel which renders the bike unusable. Extremely disheartened and disappointed 😞

ALL ISSUES have been sorted by Craig at Hookies Scooters. Issue with delivery has occurred because of carrier sending parcel to the wrong depot and fault to item has been caused by the carrier company staff not handling the parcel with due care leading to damage creating a lot of hassle for both Hookies Scooters and myself however Craig at Hookies Scooters communicated with me in a very responsive, proffesional and timely manner and has gone to great lengths to sort the issue that was not even his doing and has gone to great lengths and has delivered a new item straight to my door driving 40 minutes each way on a Saturday after he's shut the shop , bike was ready assembled for me and also included a tyre pump , free of charge which of course he did not have to include. I really appreciate and I'm very thankful for the great lengths that Craig has gone to in sorting everything out and based upon this experience I would sincerely recommend Craig and Hookies Scooters to prospective customers ! Delivery time very quick, scooter was well packaged, easy to assemble, scooter was a bit pricey, but overall happy with my purchase.

I can appreciate the speed for order but the courier co.pany hasn't been delivered my order this is the 5th day. And they says there is no one at hone but all time i was at home i didn't know even if u receive the product now
