Ordered air freshner and was expecting delay. But I was astonished to see that it arrived a day early to my expectation.. good job in keeping up to the expectation.

The person did not put air freshener and also polished only 2 tyres and left the other 2 tyres.
I had selected the 1 month wash (4 washes)
But cancelled two washes for which I was charged 200 rupees cancellation charges and that money is also not refunded but given as credit , which is of no use because I will never use Hoora services.

Just pathetic pathetic service by hoorah they do not value customer time.They have a policy stating if partner doesn't arrive within 1 hr of booking you are eligible for cancellation with refund as a special case.That is just a hoax. They will never cancel the service they will not give your money back they doesn't respect your time.And on top of that the customer case people are just bunch of idiots who just keep on putting your call on hold else keep on repeating the same text book excuses.Then they cancelled my booking without the refund when it is clearly mentioned in their policy that if within 1 hr partner doesn't arrive i should get the refund

Fraud App, Don't Use this App,

It's Scam,service Person will never reach.

Always seen on the way..reach within 10 min...But will not reach up to 10 hours , they Cancelled automatically and refund not applicable.
Don't use this App..better use other apps.

Hoora team provide nice car wash services foam wash service i personaly used

In my experience, Hoora has been very disappointing.

The company takes money in the name of a franchise, but when it comes to service and support, there is no proper response. I invested my hard-earned money as a franchise partner, and now there is no reliable way to contact the company or get support.

If a franchise is inactive and not earning, the company should at least contact the franchise partner and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Based on what I have faced, I would advise others to be very careful before investing in this franchise. Horoa is not trust worthy company as an customer & as an franchiser both way.
This post is based on my personal experience.

I need full refund of my invested money from hoora.

Took my money and canceled the service because car was dirty to wash. And didnt refunded.
Total scam

I have bought monthly package and they have recently cancelled the last four booking when i called customer care they said dur to technical glitch it got canceled.
I ask them to reschedule the services which they denied.
They have given me 160 points for four booking 40 points each and 100 rewards points.
But with these total 260 points I even can not buy one booking .so this type of fraud and scam they are running.
I am asking to give my services back but they are asking me to buy new package .

Worst Experience, Arrogant Support, and Trapped Money!

Absolute mental harassment. I took time off from my office today specifically to get my car cleaned by Hoora, but it resulted in a total waste of time and money.

Their service partner came to my DDA society layout and refused to wash the car because it was parked under a large tree. He claimed their internal policy strictly requires a "roof/solid structure shade." Their app just says "shade." I don't live in an independent villa; like millions of residents, my car is parked in an open society space under natural shade.

When I confronted customer care, I spent an hour trying to get logic across to an incredibly rude and dismissive executive. They cancelled the order from their end but refused to give a proper bank refund. Instead, they deducted money and gave me 299 "Hoora Points" for a 398 booking. This is a complete trap—I cannot use these points because my parking layout will always stay the same! On top of that, they are refusing to cancel my next scheduled booking in advance and openly stated they will pocket that money too without a refund.

The audacity and "over-smart" attitude of the customer support team is disgusting. They behave like they are doing you a favor after ruining your day. Save your money, time, and sanity—avoid Hoora at all costs. Filing an official complaint with the National Consumer Forum (NCH) next.

Their services are extremely pathetic and the cleaning agents are slow and not punctual there is no proper support system for getting things resolved. They should Pay me double the amount paid by me 1140x 2 =2280 for the inconvenience caused to me. Services not offered and charges taken upfront. This is totally unprofessional. These websites and apps should be blocked right away as they are incompetent and cause inconvenience to the customers

I purchased a car cover for my Tata Punch from Hoora. Unfortunately, the cover did not fit my car properly, so I requested a return within the 7-day return period mentioned in their policy.
My return request was acknowledged, and I was informed that it had been forwarded to the concerned team for review. However, despite waiting for several days and sending multiple follow-up emails, there has been no progress on the return pickup or refund.
The lack of communication and delay in resolving a valid return request has been disappointing. I expected the company to honor its published 7-day return policy and provide timely customer support.
I hope Hoora improves its return process and customer service so that customers do not have to repeatedly follow up for a resolution.

I booked a full house cleaning service. Professional was very rude insulted us many times, did not bring proper equipments for cleaning, would not listen, would not clean properly, still marks left as it was

Damaged our FORTUNER'S boot, the auto lock is not working. Booked car wash and polish; the car's front glass and all the other windows are polished with wax. Not able to drive the car since the windscreen and mirrors are hazy due to polishing. The blue car looks white because of polishing.

The guy who came was not picking up my phone number since I informed him to come and redo his worst work.

Poor Service & False Promises – Not Recommended

I had a very disappointing experience with Hoora Car Wash. I paid around ₹400–₹500 for a service that promised 2 car washes in a month. However, they only completed one wash.

For the second wash, they kept rescheduling multiple times without any proper reason. Eventually, they cancelled my appointment completely, saying it was due to a “distance issue.” This was never mentioned at the time of booking.

This feels very unprofessional and misleading. If you cannot provide service in certain areas, that should be clearly communicated before taking payment.

I would not recommend this service to others unless they improve their reliability and customer commitment.

I had a confirmed booking (ID: 69df72f489645305cf8af753) scheduled for 4 PM, booked weeks in advance.

At the scheduled time, no one showed up. When I followed up, I was told the service had been “automatically cancelled” because the service partner allegedly arrived earlier (around 3:51 PM) and “called multiple times,” which I did not answer.

This is simply not true.

I received no calls on my number or my alternate number

My phone was fully functional

I have CCTV coverage at the location — no service partner arrived

The slot was 4 PM, yet they claim arrival before the scheduled time

Despite requesting proof, they refused to provide any call logs or evidence, citing “internal policy.” At the same time, they still applied a cancellation charge, which is completely unjustified.

This raises serious concerns:

False claims by service partners

Zero accountability

Lack of transparency

Charging customers without proof

As a regular customer, this is extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, support just repeats scripted responses and avoids responsibility.

Conclusion:
Unreliable service, questionable practices, and poor customer support. I would strongly recommend avoiding Hoora if you expect professionalism or accountability.

I booked my car cleaning slot 1 pm to 2 pm and still your partner is coming in next 8 minutes now it's 1 am
