So I ordered shirt it took absolutely ages!! around 7 weeks from order to receipt. This would usually warrant a 1 star review. HOWEVER the service department are really responsive, really nice and proactive, they have offered me a free gift, a replacement item when it was found to be too small etc, sometimes, things go wrong, but customer services are about how you make it right after the fact, the shirts to be fair are rather cool too.

We ordered 2 shirts in March with expediated shipping. After a month we emailed and asked where our product was, they let us know they had not shipped the shirts yet. We asked for a refund 3 times since nothing was shipped and we were on a time crunch. Customer service never responded and shipped the shirts anyways. When the shirts arrived, they were poor quality and the sizes did not match what their sizing charts said. Horrible company to deal with and I would recommend that no one ever orders from them.

The shirts are OK even though they aren't licensed. The shipping times are dreadful and they just offer excuses. I orded 4 shirts coming up to 9 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. Just not good enough. When I complained I got told it was the fault of Chinese new year, since when does Chinese new year go for 9 weeks.

Hope this shirt is as nice as the other Huey shirt I purchased from your company last year. $35 last time & over $40 this time😟. Great price on shirt but shipping & handling 😟. Almost backed off, but since your $5 discount offer, decided to go this time. Bruce Ligon🫡

I had a problem with my credit card payment and customer services were extremely helpful, which I must say rarely happens in this day and age. I'm so grateful Customer services were so helpful, that I am going to promote the Hooshop shirts within my Social media. I will be buying again for myself and as presents for others

Ive placed many orders with Hooshops.com over the last few years and they have been great. The shirts are really good quality. My only issue is the time it takes to arrive. The longest Ive waited over 5 or 6 different orders is 7 weeks from order to them arriving but my last order was place 2nd Dec 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. 10 weeks and 4 days since order. Ive tried to contact multiple times through the website and facebook messages but no reply at all.

I'm not sure why as I really want the shirts. I'll keep the review updated if they do show up.

It a great website fantastic choice and themes, the quality is excellent. I wear mine at the comedy club fellow attendees love the and even que up to ha a photo with me. They all ask where I got and are starting to wear them

Ordered placed on 27th Nov. Not shipped until 12th Jan. Asked numerous times for refund as obviously wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Just ignored. Awful

This place is a scam!!! I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband in mid November as a Christmas gift. When December 10th rolled around and it never showed as shipped I emailed them. The responded with BS about upgrading their production line and it would ship soon. It is now January 10th and after 3 more emails STILL NOTHING!!! Not even a response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am awaiting my money back through the credit card company.

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a scam. They take months to ship. When you request a cancellation they will not cancel. When you request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt they will not provide it. When you file with Paypal, Paypal makes you pay for the return shipment. It is international shipping and very expensive. DO NOT BUY from this company. Order #978987-S00035148

Ordered 11/11 and still package has not shipped. Totally ignoring my emails for a refund. Absolute scam will never use again.

Absolutely dreadful !! I placed my order in November and I am still waiting!!! I needed my 5 matching shirts for 21 December and I have been chasing since mid December and now I am not even getting responses to my emails so I don’t have my order or a refund!!!

If I get my package this time, I will give more stars. This is the 3rd time
