I ordered multiple dresses in multiple sizes for a black tie NYE wedding. Dresses arrived quickly and the returns process for the ones I didn’t want was straight forward. Refund was processed quickly.
Now on to the dress I did keep…The Ginerva. Absolutely gorgeous dress - the quality was great and material was lovely. The print was absolutely gorgeous. I received a number of lovely comments on the day!
Pictures on the website are really reflective of the dresses I ordered and I love the fact they show a range of different sized models wearing their dresses.
Can’t wait for the summer range to come out!

I love this company. Amazing dresses and lovely quality. I wore one dress to a wedding recently and got lots of compliments about it. I would highly recommend buying from this shop. Even when I had to return an item as it didn't fit, I received a swift response and they resolved refund quickly. I would definitely buy from this shop in future.

Bought the Claudine dress on 5 Dec, received it on 7 Dec, very fast delivery with DHL Express (to France). The dress is very well cut and the embroidery is just BEAUTIFUL.

Really lovely dress, fits as expected and looks just like the images online. Great value with the sale as well. Had issues with delivery (the couriers fault) but the team at Hope & Ivy sent out a new replacement dress whilst the shipping company were investigating so really appreciated that! Would buy again and recommend.

Ordered a dress which was too small so had to be returned. Ordered larger size and in day of expected delivery was told no longer available. Now awaiting refund of 2 dresses and told this may take 10 days? Why? Should be done immediately. Am £250 out of pocket currently and no dress. Disappointing

I registered with Hope & Ivy today but then had trouble with my discount code. When I emailed the company I received a reply very quickly from Shay who sorted my issue immediately. I now look forward to receiving my order. Many thanks & well done Shay.

Beautiful dresses but unfortunately I had to return them. However, customer service is excellent and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Returned item 3 weeks ago - I’m aware hope and ivy have received item - as per T/C advices co tact after 10 days if you have not been acknowledged- so I emailed no response - emailed again no response this is not good enough- I have purchased many items from you - however you returns are very disappointing I will not be ordering again. Bought a dress and could not be happier. So well made, beautiful attention to detail and great delivery times to Australia. I asked customer service for some additional support and they went above and beyond to fulfill my request. Could not recommend more.

Ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding which arrived the next day. Both beautiful and brilliant quality. Had to contact customer services who rectified my query the same day. Couldn't fault them.

I needed to return a couple items but my dpd tracking card kept saying it was incorrrect so I contacted hope & ivy’s customer services and I was helped the next day, with my refund being processed really quickly. So happy with my experience!

First time order from Hope & Ivy. I loved the dress but unfortunately not quite the right size for me. Team were great at sorting out my refund so a massive thanks to them. I will continue to order to find the sizes to fit me 😊

Bought 3 dresses for an overseas wedding and kept ‘The Xena ‘ for a bargain price (in the Sale) . Felt amazing to wear and had lots of compliments- I knew no other guests would have anything similar (from the usual high street brands).
There was a slight delay on refund with the 2 dresses returned ( caused by dhl I might add) but the owner and Shay were fantastic when I contacted them and the refund arrived asap thereafter. Looking forward to my next special event to buy from Hope and Ivy again.

Beautiful dress (odd sizing though) but absolutely horrendous customer service. I had to return the dress and despite countless emails, a message on Facebook and a post on their page I’m still waiting for a response. Two weeks later and no confirmation email to say the dress has been received and no refund. The contact number posted on here by Hope and Ivy is dead and another one I’ve found online goes straight to answer machine. Very disappointing and will not be buying from them again, especially as you still have my money and the returned dress!

I have only ordered from here once but based on that I love this company. I ordered two dresses, one of the dresses; unfortunately due to my pear shape and the style of the the dress, the size I ordered (usual 8) did not fit but was such a beautiful dress. Thankfully the other dress I ordered (in a size 10 as that was all that was available) fit so well and is such good quality material and well made. I wore it for a recent wedding abroad and got so many compliments. In sending the other dress back I had to contact Hope and Ivy as there was an issue with updates on my return to them via DPD. They handled my queries so well and refunded the amount almost immediately. I will definitely be ordering from here again I just need another invite to somewhere special enough to wear one :)

Bought from Hope & Ivy for the first time; absolutely loved the dress but I'd got in the wrong size, my fault. Subsequently order the correct size. Good communication and processing of the return.
