HOPE Ring is an Australian wearable technology company developing a discreet smart ring to support safer independent living. We focus on the everyday needs of older adults, families and carers who want to stay connected while respecting the wearer’s comfort, dignity and independence. Our first product, HOPE Ring B, is being developed around fall detection, activity and wellness monitoring, and alerts to nominated family members or carers. Our goal is to help trusted people become aware when someone may need attention, through a device designed to fit naturally into daily life. HOPE grew from our founder’s personal experience with grandparents living with chronic conditions and the uncertainty of not knowing when something was wrong. That experience continues to shape our approach to creating practical, accessible safety technology. We are currently preparing HOPE Ring B for early access. Customers can contact our team for information about planned features, ring sizing, reservations, expected availability and the steps before delivery. We also provide information for customers exploring potential purchases through NDIS or Support at Home funding. Eligibility and approval depend on individual circumstances, assessment, applicable program rules and provider requirements. Clear information matters to us. HOPE Ring is designed to support safety awareness; it does not replace emergency services, medical advice or an existing care plan. No wearable can guarantee detection of every fall or emergency. What caught my attention about the HOPE Smart Ring was that it’s designed to detect danger without relying on someone pressing a button. For older people, that makes a lot of sense. I’ve reserved one for a family member and I’m looking forward to seeing how the final product performs.
I reserved the HOPE Ring for my mum because she lives on her own and falls are something we constantly worry about. I really like the idea of having fall detection in a normal-looking smart ring instead of making her wear a bulky emergency device. The team has also been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions.
