Perfect parts and perfect service, what more can you want!

I’ve had a failed headtorch fixed by the warranty team, who’ve gone waaaaaaay beyond what they needed to. I can’t express how much respect or admiration I have for Hope service, in addition to the fantastic product offering. Buy Hope for the long term, and they’ll have your back.

Excellent service from Hope.
Fortus wheel serviced and turned around in 3 Days by courier within the UK.
Can't fault them in any way.
Having used their wheels for over 20 years this will continue.

Excellent customer service from Hope to help fix a hub spacing issue, on the other side of the planet, that wasn't their fault. They took ownership of the problem and willingly worked with me to resolve it

With anything technical some people need the after sales support and parts, one of the reasons I went with Hope was because a friend recommended Hope for this reason. I would go for one of their lights for this reason but currently have some RX4 flat mount single piston brakes and 5 years later they are still going strong 💪, I have not needed to bleed them and they are not spongy or sticking. The breaking power in my opinion is superior to V-brakes especially in the rain ☔️ with no loss of traction, just have to worry about curbing them relative to their position over V brakes I suppose.
I got my brakes from a AW cycles and Chain Reaction Cycles as they sent the wrong ones and have them on two bikes. They are expensive but worth in my opinion as I also ride kinda hard doing food deliveries, awesome stopping power. Where I feel Hope excels is the customer support as things tend to always go wrong or need tweaking, so reaching out to customer support is always easy, recommended and a pleasure to deal with as they are always super friendly and helpful with anything to do with compatibility, parts or fitting and working with the brakes especially if you are building bikes yourself, I also have some RSX4 Hope hubs.
Lost one star because the hub I believe only uses two prawls and where you get the clicking when coasting, I left the bike for half a year hung vertical on the wall and I think maybe gunk and the greased cause the prowls to cease so o got no drive when pedalling and had to replace the free hub body which was quite expensive. The hubs were only 5 years old and I did not know this could even happen so was a little disappointed as I have had other bikes which have had budget components and lasted decades without this issue.

Incredible knowledge, customer service and components.

Kitted our a bike with Hope parts in 2021. Its had reasonable use but nothing out of the ordinary (1500km of xc trails without accident). I was out riding it last week when the stem suddenly gave way. It would appear that the faceplate and the main stem have both cracked. Not what you would expect from a top end part for top end money. Contacted Hope customer service and they don't want to know when you would assume for top end money they would replace broken parts. This kind of failure could have easily resulted in a serious accident or death. I won't be wasting my money on their poor quality products again.

About two and a half years ago I built up a gravel bike with some Hope 20five RS4 wheels that I bought from Merlin. I absolutely love this wheelset but sadly a few weeks ago I noticed some small cracks around the spoke nipples. I was gutted as replacing the rims was expensive and they were 5 months out of warranty. I emailed Hope directly explaining what had happened and how disappointed I was and they said to send them back and that they will replace the rims as a sign of goodwill. A week later and the wheels were returned to me and as good as new, The only loss was the return postage which I was more than happy with.

These wheels are known to be bombproof but there is bound to be odd few that have a issue but to be backed up like this with such amazing aftercare is something Hope as a company should really be proud of. I would have no issue recommending their products to others and I will certainly be buying more wheels and other products in the future.

Top quality gear designed and built to withstand tough UK conditions. The service from Hope is always first class and why I continue to buy their products - they perform to a high level and are well made but if there is ever an issue, I have 100% confidence they will sort things out effectively.

Technical support and advice is outstanding. Very competent and friendly help.

I’ve just rebuilt some hope Tech brakes and x2 callipers and fitted to my ebike. All the parts available and joining pipes is a breeze. Oh and they work pretty good too. I’m a complete convert. Oh and they are British

Great products outlast other makes for key areas, I.e. bottom brackets, wheels, headsets, brakes.
Don't go so much on the lights though, a bit over engineered.

I needed some mounting parts for my old Hope One front light. I got in touch with the company and they were brilliant, sending me the bits I needed really quickly. I offered to pay for postage but they were happy to send for free. Excellent customer service means I can keep on using the light. It's also the longest lasting light I have ever owned. Very solid and being run with AA batteries easy to keep going on longer night/winter rides

If you've a problem with your Hope brakes, I wouldn't send them to Hope for repair as they'll just rip you off. Go elsewhere for your service.

Hope service has taken a fall in my experience. My £200 LED light battery failed - still within warranty period & so sent it to hope for so replacement. They've had it a week & no-one's even looked at it yet & no idea when they will. All they have to do is send me a new battery.
Update Edit: took a few weeks but they did repair my battery. There's apparently only one person that could repair it. Upgraded my rating to 3*.

My Hope Pro4 hub unfortunately broke & it was out of warranty. Hope replied to my emails promptly & asked me to send the hub to them for inspection. They replaced the damaged original free of charge with FedEx next day delivery. Amazing customer service I'm very impressed, can't fault that. I'll be back riding my bike again after only a week! Knowing this I will definitely recommend & buy Hope parts again in the future. Cheers.

My bike is dripping in hope parts.
The quality is second to none in my experience, and I'm confident in the aftersales support. I once had to return a R4+ light due to an internal fault. I posted it back to Hope. I received an email to confirm they received it, I then got another email explaining they had found the fault (the day after receiving the light unit). They explained how they would fix it, and the following day it was returned good as new. Literally couldn't have been handled any better.

I love hope part's but ordering from Hope is horrible it takes forever. I got my local bike shop to order a Hope pro 4 rear hub 2 months ago and its still not arrived.

10year old headset on my road bike , still good, hope bb cool. hope 1.30 very happy
