I like their way of working. They didn't overpromise or waste my time. At the start of the project, they gave me a deadline of two months, and I got the work done in 2 months.

I like they way they revamp our existing website, They change the UI and logo of our brand and that was so cool.

WordPress site looks perfect and was delivered on time. I had to ask for a few fixes after handover and they sorted it quickly.

All I have to say is, I like the way Horizon website studios team work on my website.

I paid Horizon Website Studios for a full website that was supposed to be live by Black Friday last year, and now it is mid-January 2026 with no finished website delivered. The site stayed on a demo/test link and was not ready for a real business launch. I kept getting excuses and requests for additional payments instead of real progress.

I requested a refund multiple times and got ignored, and their Google phone number goes unanswered. They also made big claims (including saying they built major fashion websites), but based on my experience, those statements are misleading. No website and no refund.

Daniel listened to what our small church required concerning our mission and the people we wanted to reach. Without his help, we would not have known how to begin to keep a website visible and ready to visit both online and by mobile. Daniel is easy to work with, understanding our needs of incorporating record keeping and a giving plan to simplify our church administration processes; financial reports, form access, automated email responses, donation receipts, to name a few. We need a stress free website and technical expertise, and have appreciated Daniel’s time, professionalism and flexibility. I signed up with Horizon Website Studios to incorporate my 3 business websites into one site, on Oct 17,2025. I was promised a 100% money back guarantee if I was unsatisfied at any time! Due to very unprofessional behaviors on call 2, when we were talking about the design; I asked for my money back. Horizon has refused to honor this guarantee (including James E. who was the original person the guaranteed my money back). I have been trying to figure this out either via money returned or website delivered for 6 weeks now. They will lure you in with limited information (nothing in writing, not even a receipts) and promised for a timely delivery. But that is not how things happen. They will also try to sell you more options the ‘are required’ as you go. They don’t tell you up front, but later they will try to sell you the most expensive and excessive host plan available. Please be aware that it appears every person in this company lacks integrity!

Response to their comments: obviously have an extremely different view on how things have progressed. I am simply trying to share my horrible experience and warn others that they will not honor any request for refund.

I have shared my hosting service with them. I just refuse to accept their terms as I have no idea if the website will function regardless of the hosting server.

Fact: I still do not have an access to anything I have paid for and they refuse to honor their commitment to 100% money back guarantee if dissatisfied! Warning to all other thinking about giving them money!!

I looked at a few online web designers & found Horizon Website Studios. They had a side chat which worked well as an introduction.
They provided me with questionnaires to help me focus on the goal of my website & corroborate with the website designers to get my ideas communicated to them.
Our website is new & we like what Nick & his crew have built.
It is attractive & functional with an excellent logo design.

I give 5 starts to Horizon Website Studios ..very professional and easy team to work with especially, David Bennett their Project Manager .. I am very happy with my website and I would recommend Horizon Website Studios for anyone who is looking to get a website done..
