I can't believe not only the popular slot player on YouTube supports this Casino. I never have seen a casino run like this .Very volatile games only..I'm sure some people win but as seen on reviews not many..Withdrawals are necessary if you get ahead .

you know you would think that at least one out of four deposits you could win something but not the case with this place I was able to win when I first signed up but that was it it was like they were trying to prove something. and every other deposit since has been not even a bonus or a decent spin. this last one was $45 the one before that $45 loan for that $50 and the one before that is 50 and out of those I have not been able to withdraw anything it always goes down to $9 cash so that you can't play it and you can't withdraw it however this is one of the better sites for being able to withdraw your cash without a whole lot of nonsense and a couple of weeks like that stupid slots of Vegas

Deposits and withdrawals are fairly easy. Slot are very volatile and payback percentage is very low. I know they base their payouts on races but I've never seen any online slots with so many dead spins and lower than average line hits. The Legionnaire game I tested rtp below 40% over denoms $2-$10 over 1000 spins.

I had an issue and Horseplay cleared it up quickly and deposited my funds in my bank account. I definitely would have to say that Horseplay is one of the most legitimate online casinos. I don’t know why the score is what it is. It should be way higher. They are completely trustworthy and I love using their app. The HHR slots are fun.

I won $399 on this app and submitted a redemption request. However, the company has been holding my payout for nearly two weeks.

They claim there was an issue with a separate deposit that did not clear through my bank. The deposit they are referencing occurred after the winnings in question. I explained the situation to support multiple times and even offered a simple solution: deduct the amount they say is owed directly from my $399 winnings and send the remaining balance.

Unfortunately, they have refused to do that and instead insist that I send additional money before releasing my payout, even though they are currently holding my winnings.

I am willing to resolve the situation in good faith and pay any legitimate balance that did not clear, but it makes no sense to require additional payment while my winnings are still being withheld.

At this point I am still waiting for the $399 payout I won on the platform. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

For transparency, I am also submitting a complaint with the appropriate state regulators since the platform operates under HHR gaming laws.

Until this is resolved, I would advise others to be cautious.

Total scam. If you deposit you can't withdraw without playing $1900 first. Avoid at all cost. Then they send messages responding to my post on trustpilot and they make it seem like they are legit. But thier responses are pure nonsense. They lie, cheat and scam. It is obvious they don't have enough money to cash you out on wins. After depositing $250 playing and winning. I go to withdraw and they say I have to deposit $1900 more dollars if I want to make withdrawals. If you see any positive reviews here they are fake without a doubt. Now thier site has been down for maintenance for 3 days. Big time scam. Don't deposit. You will regret it.

Though I dont like bad reviews but this is warning. You cannot cash out what you have (i had 20.38$ in winnings). I get email that says it wont let me. Ive been doing it for a couple of days now. You have to buy cash to convert it into poker chips which is so stupid because once your poker chips are out, your winnings turn into cash and you'll have to keep converting them back into poker chips and its 10$, 20$ 40$ and 100$. I played the BSPOT gaming app for years and love it. Never had a problem with any hacking ( stealing money from my bank account). Then it changed to HORSEPLAY and I played for 2 years. The games are low quality, a lot of games are just a variant of the same skin. I got 4 bonuses and most paid between 2x and 7x bet size. The site itself is confusing, you deposit money then have to buy credits with the money, if you win money with the credits, it goes back into your cash balance.............Random pop up screens saying I won a $.01-.$05 instant win (betting $2.50). Somehow horse racing is involved. I finally requested a cash out, and it said " we try to process in 3-5 business days ". I won't deposit more. If you want to check it out I recommend using demo before depositing.

When I first started on horseplay it was fun. Several hundred in and I hit a decent amount back. A few weeks later and I did it again. It was fun. Then I did the loyalty survey and gave them all my information and referred a lot of folks that played and deposited. I raved about horseplay. Now I have donated over a grand and nothing. I can deposit 50 and not hit a thing. The bonus rounds almost never come now and when they do its very little or nothing won. I can donate a grand to my local casino and at least come Home with 400. I really don't like this gaming website because they will give you a first time deposit bonus with a 100% match. I bet you say what's wrong with that? My opinion is from my experience playing online casino slots. Horsplay is the best one out there. when it comes to getting paid into your bank account fairly quick couple hours not bad and I've have hit a couple $400 small jackpots and one over $1,000 jackpot but the $10 minimum deposit when you mite only need a few cents to play sucks and when Winning glitches or something makes you restart the same slot game and your not Winning anymore . sucks and when they give you the the percentage of your loses back to you in credits to play it seems I never am able to turn those in to winnings

I first played on Horseplay a few weeks ago for the first time. I lost my small deposit but had fun with the games. I played again last night and won a small sum! I cashed out and was dismayed to see that it would take 3-5 days or something like that. I got worried when I saw the negative reviews here. But that wasn't the case. I signed up for Horseplay on October 14, 2025. After receiving a promotional email offering a 100% bonus on my first credit purchase (up to $250) after depositing between $10 and $250. The promotion sounded simple enough: deposit, purchase credits, and receive a matched bonus.
Here’s what actually happened:
I deposited $50 and bought a $40 credit package (there was no $50 package available).

I played through the 80 credits and ended up with 47 credits. Combined with my $10 cash balance, I had $57 in my account.

I requested a withdrawal that same day and was initially told it would be processed within 3–5 business days.

A few hours later, I received an email saying I needed to purchase $320 more in credits before I could make my first withdrawal — this requirement was never disclosed in the promotional email or prominently on the website.

When I reached out to customer service, I was told there’s a hidden clause in the fine print that requires players to purchase 10x their initial deposit within 30 days and play through it to be eligible for a their first withdrawal.

I explained I felt misled, and requested a refund of my $50 deposit. They agreed via email and said it would be processed.

It’s now October 22 (8 days later) and 5 full business days have passed, and there’s been no refund, no communication, and more delays from customer support. I was promised a supervisor would contact me today — no word yet.

Why I believe this site is shady:
The bonus terms are deceptive. None of the major conditions (10x purchase requirement, 30-day deadline) were disclosed upfront in the email or clearly on the website.

Customer service is evasive. After promising a refund, they are now silent and dragging their feet.

They only reveal the “rules” after denying a withdrawal. That’s classic bait-and-switch behavior.

If I had known I’d need to spend $370 total just to make a $57 withdrawal, I would have never deposited a cent.
Avoid Horseplay. There are plenty of online casinos that are upfront about their bonus terms and treat players fairly. This one relies on fine print and post-hoc rule enforcement to withhold winnings and delay refunds.

A supervisor did contact me on 10/23/2025 and informed me that $50 would be refunded to my account. The $50 was refunded on 10/24/2025.
