Outstanding service from an excellent family run business. Mark & Keith did a wonderful job of carpeting our house from top to bottom. Their professionalism and attitude were superb and despite the difficulties with all the furniture; managed the whole house in one day and all completed to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you all for a wonderful service.

Excellent service when I visited the store to look at carpets, measuring up was fast, efficient and easy and the fitting was excellent. Cant fault the service and will use Horsleys again

Sam and Tom came today to remove our existing floor covering and replace it with cushion flooring that Karl advised us to consider. The service from start to finish has been fantastic. Sam and Tom couldn’t have been anymore helpful moving some heavy furniture that we were unable to move.
We have used Horsley’s of Gainsborough for 8 years for all our flooring needs and we can’t recommend them enough.

Andrew and Nathan came yesterday to fit huge 4 door wardrobe with 2 mirrors, 2 bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. They were very polite, tidied up after themselves and even double checked where the wardrobe wanted to be because of the size it can't be moved once put together, so theh out the frame together and put in place. Brilliant guys. We'll done

I had some cushion flooring laid in my bathroom recently and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Horsleys. They did a fabulous job and it looks fantastic. They also took away the old flooring as part of the deal.
Previously I had carpet laid upstairs by them and again they did a great job. Once again as part of the deal they took away all the old carpet. Good work Horsleys.
