Tom was amazing at answering all our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. We really would not have been able to do it without him.

Rachel was really friendly and couldn't do enough to get the sale through she makes you feel like you are her only client

The team at Hortons are absolutely brilliant, as first time movers we had tons a questions and they answered them all , Jake kept us updated throughout the process and was super easy to deal with I would recommend to anyone thinking about selling their house 😊

Angela and her team at Hortons were brilliant from the beginning to end of the process to sell my house. When I first met Angela she had given a great deal of thought to how we should market the house and brought lots of info about the housing market in my area. We were able to have a really informed chat and agreed a good plan. The setting up of a Whatsapp group so Horton's could keep me up to date with viewings, offers and then the progress of the deal was a stroke of genius. I always felt totally up to date with what was happening. Finally Angela was brilliant towards the end of the deal when we were a long time ready to exchange and complete whilst other parties dragged their feet. Angela did all she could to get things moving and to put pressure on people to get on and do what was needed. She also had to deal with my frustration as I struggled to understand why we couldn't get things completed!
Thank you Hortons! I very much hope I won't need to buy or sell a house again. However if I did I know which estate agents I'd be picking the phone up to call.

Angela was really helpful and very understanding that we were selling a loved family home. She explained everything very simply to our elderly mother so she could understand what was happening. Throughout the process she kept us up to date and was fantastic at communicating between us and the buyers. She really made the whole process very easy. We would highly recommend.

What can I say, Nicole really went above and beyond for us with this sale. She is the person you want at the other end of the phone to move mountains for you when selling a property. Her polite, knoweldgable and savvy approach brought everyone together for an amicable result for all. If you're selling your property in the Derby area, i strongly suggest HORTONS!

There is a misconception that all estate agents are the same. They simply pop a property on Rightmove, sit back, and wait for the buyers to call. So why not go for the cheapest agent who will also tell you your property is worth the highest price. Makes sense, right?

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Our agent Nicole Beales at Hortons was contacted at the start of a 12 month renovation project along with two other competitors. Nicole was the only one who showed any real interest and went above and beyond in helping with advice, valuation, and even information about local trusted trades people. Kept in touch and continued to give advice throughout the 12 month project, and it was a no-brainer that we went with her Hortons for the sale when the renovation ended.
Fees were reasonable, and in-line with (and in fact cheaper than) other local agents. Very professional, thorough, and great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Franco and the team at Hortons did a wonderful job for us. They were enthusiastic and helpful from the start, without being pushy. They kept us up to date at all stages of the sale and were on hand to respond to our questions, even outside of normal business hours via WhatsApp. Franco has a big network of contacts that he was able to use to help generate extra interest in our property, and which helped us achieve a great price. What it comes down to is that Franco is a talented communicator, which really took the stress out of the process.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Rachel when we decided to put our house up for sale in December 2022 with Hortons. From the initial first meeting to organising a sales video of our house
everything was taken care of,they gave us a true valuation of the house and what they thought it would
achieve, with that in mind we put the house up for sale.
