Very grateful for Zoe for getting our house sold. Her communication throughout the entire experience was fantastic and we're not sure the move would've gone through without her. She was tireless in her chasing of solicitors and other estate agents and almost singlehandedly kept all parties informed of what was happening. We'd previously listed with a different, cheaper estate and found the change in service after we'd switched to be absolute night & day! From her accessibility, clear communication and all round support Zoe was incredible throughout. Thanks again Zoe!

Gianfranco at Hortons did an incredible job for us - he managed to sell our house at the asking price before it was even listed, and the whole process took less than 3 months to complete. Fantastic communication (always well ahead of the solicitors!) and made the whole process a breeze. I’d recommend Gianfranco to anyone in a heartbeat.

Having tried to sell our house without sucess with Purple bricks we knew we needed a fresh and innovitive approach in order to sell our house in such a difficult market. We approached Hortons and after speaking to Adam we knew we were in capable hands. From the start Adam was incredibly helpful and available to talk to when needed. Having moved several times previously we can honestly say Hortons have been by far the best estate agent we've used.

Chris was so helpful throughout the process of selling our house. He always kept us informed about what was going on his end, would send us regular updates on WhatsApp, and also responded in a timely manner if we had any questions. Chris also supported us with getting answers from our useless solicitors, ensuring we completed when we were meant to. We would use Christ at Hortons again thanks to the extremely positive experience we had.

She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was available for any questions or queries I had with the property via WhatsApp. Being a 1st time buyer, the process of buying a house was rather daunting, but Zoe always took the time to make sure I was happy and explained how things worked incredibly well. After the offer was accepted, she was the liaison with both solicitors and would keep me up to date even better and often faster than my own solicitor! Zoe really made me feel comfortable with the process and when she finally passed me the keys at the end, she produced a lovely gift to welcome me into my new home. She was top rate and provided 1st class service.
